Adrian's Property Maintenace & Home Repair

Adrian started the demolition on 3/15/16 and was finished by 3/23 (there were a couple of days he did not come due to weather and a prior commitment). I work full-time so I was not there while he was working. He had a helper but I'm not sure if that person was there during the whole project. Adrian was very nice and very professional. We communicated via text messages. He suggested that I not have the floor boards painted or stained until about 6 months have passed. There are also a few other things that need painting - mainly the 3 posts that hold up the roof and have metal wrapped around them. They were there before and need to be power-washed and painted. The main joist (or whatever it's called) that runs under the floor boards in the front of the porch is not painted. He would have done it for more money but I really don't have it. So I guess I'll be painting it myself. In any case, the estimate was for $1800 and an additional $500 was added because of the rotted wood under the flooring. Everything that was stated in the estimate plus the replacement of the joists was completed within a week. I gave him a 50% deposit at the beginning, followed by 2 more 25% payments. I am happy with the new porch and would recommend Adrian to anyone who needs some home maintenance or repair work done on their home or place of business.
