Description of Work: The inspector was friendly and on time. That's the only pros I have. My 7 page report for a 3600 sq ft home said absolutely nothing. He had no idea what he was doing. I heard "I don't know" about 30 times during his inspection and didn't even check the fireplace or roof. I had to pay for a 2nd inspection! Just to compare the 2 reports. The 2nd report was 75 pages and detailed every inch of the home.

+ -1 moreGeorge Chorin and his assistant arrived at the property earlier than the agreed time. They were friendly and professional. They proceded to conduct a deliberate and through inspection of the property. They discussed each facet of the house throughly with us. They answered all of our questions. They took their time and did not rush the inspection. They went out of their way to assure us that they would be available to answer any questions in the future. We would not hesitate to call in the future. It was clear that they were working in OUR best interest. Their report arrived quickly and was thorough and complete. We feel that George Chorin of Active Home Inspections was the best person for our job.
