Used this company to silicon cover a flat roof for our condo building.cost was ok . Due to weather and other factors woek was delayed but completed withing six months. Wanted to use a local company. Was pleased with work done. We pay immediately for work done. Now. Needed another area fixed which included removing floating deck, repair of undelying roof , coating with silicon and rebuilding deck on a flat roof. He came out and measured and advised there would be an estimate within 48 hours that was over a month ago. After REPEATED attempts to contact, no reply except for one which said out of country till may 12. It is now may 26. When he first woked on the section they completed, he said he was on angies list and his reputation was very important. Well, they have lost all credibility with me. Totally disappointed in poor communication skills with customers. I HATE to write this , let alone have to avail people to be ware. It would only take some courteous communication to keep any customer in the loop so they would know whether to continue with this co or not. Hopefully this will wise them up to keep in contact with customers who would like to use them. N
