I read quite a few reviews prior to calling for a heat pump repair & John not only lived up to our expectations after reading them, he exceeded them. We woke up with no heat & e-mailed our situation. John called back within minutes, let us know when he expected to be able to make it out & actually showed up a half hour early. It took two days to finish the job, but he made sure we were up & running before leaving the first day & even called back that night to make sure our heat was still maintaining, as there was a snow storm & we have a 6 week old. I can't say enough good things about our experience with John & AMS.

John was there on time, didi a thorow check of the problem and fixed it witha minimum of cost... didn;t try to sell other high priced features.... If you use them , you'll recommmend them to your friends. I't sno longer easy to find good contractors today, adn these folks are great.

Spoke with John. Completely professional. Contacted him on Wednesday afternoon to discuss my problem and talk with other plumbers who were recommended. On Thursday I called again to set up the installation. Hot water heater was installed on Friday. Very happy with his price, the work he did and the timing of everything. He was very no pressure about what I should do. Very accommodating for my schedule. I would recommend him to anyone.
