I was contacted very promptly, tech showed up same day and fixed everything.

This company saved me $5,500.00 in repairs to my central air conditioning unit. After having a well established Plumbing/HVAC company look at the system and simply state (with a smile, no less), that I needed a complete system replacement (condenser and coil), but could not explain to me why the system was performing the way it was, I became suspicious. That is when I found Access Mechanical via ServiceMagic. The Accesss Mechanical technician (John) was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and new exactly what the problem was. Unlike the original company, John was able to very clearly explain why the system was doing what it was doing, then proceeded to explain how he could fix it for about $300.00, not $5,800.00. Beyond this, he also took the time to educate me on how the entire system works as well as how to better maintain the system throughout the year. Thanks again John and Access Mechanical!!!

John was personable and professional. Was thorough in his diagnosis of the problem (found 2 leaks in the system) and expedient in doing the repairs. Good work ethics...Worked late until the repairs were completed. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

They were on time and corrected the problem in less than an hour

They called to confirm the appointment a day before. They called on the day of the appointment to say they would be 15 minutes late. Complete and thorough examination and diagnostic was performed. System was started and tested successfully. System, and our other system, were pressure tested and topped off with Freon. The technician (John) was polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

I wish you had an excellent rating because John came immediately to the house when the hot water heater was leaking (and 1/2 before guests were arriving). He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We were so pleased with the overall service that we have since had John back to do other work. We HIGHLY recommend him.
