Description of Work: Laptop caught a nasty virus. They restored and improved the PC.

+ -1 moreThey were expensive but I thought they were effective. The interaction was good. I called and pretty soon they came over. Sometimes they can do it on the phone and get into my computer from their office. The work was fine. My computer works again and it is faster. The price was pretty high but I didn't have any comparisons. It is a little bit too high. I had somebody else before but they didn't do that much.
Description of Work: I used PC Medics of NJ to clean up my computer. They adjusted the printer to the computer and he showed me some things.
