+ -1 moreThe two delivery men tried to give me a dirty, dented, scratched oven. They did NOT put ANY protection on my new hardwood kitchen floor, and rolled the heavy fridge all around which made dents in a large area. When I showed them what they did, they said it could be buffed out. Then they tried to get me to sign the paperwork saying no damage was done. I later found they falsified the paperwork since their copy didn't match the carbon I had. The owner never returned my calls or emails until six weeks later. Only after the appliance store pressured him did he send his salesman over to look and take pictures with a drugstore disposable camera he didn't know how to work. That was the last I heard from him for a long time. It took the BBB and the appliance store 2 1/2 months to get an insurance check out of him to cover the damages. There's more but you get the idea. This guy and his company is a mess.
Description of Work: This company was subcontracted by an appliance store to deliver a refrigerator and oven to me.
