"Clean sofa. 1.5 hrs approximately. on sat 11/23 I went on Angi looking for someone to clean my sofa. I clicked on Nice & Clean. Called them. They said they could come the next day (sun). I was good with that. 2 people came on Sun. They set up and started cleaning. I noticed when they finished the one particular area was still unclean and told them. Let s see how it looks tomorrow after it dries I was told. It still looked unclean the next day. Called Nice & Clean & told them again it doesn t look any better . I was told we did everything we could. There s nothing more we can do . It s been on my mind. It s the area I purposely need to be cleaned."
