Excellent. The work was done quickly and very well. Zone valve was replaced, Pump was replaced and the system was restored to full function. Highly recommend Nick's Plumbing and Heating!

Smooth. On a side note, I rated this company an "A." However, as a courtesy, I also rated the company an "A" on price without knowing if the price was a bargain or not. I am not a plumber. How can I know a fair price? With that said, I would say I think I found an honest righteous plumber. *This ones a freebie.... Never Never call Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Unless you enjoy being had!

Extremely helpful getting my plumbing in working order. The business manager was great with communication making sure it was working correctly.

He is very reliable. He has been servicing my house for over 25 years. I don't need to be here when he comes. He comes and does what he has to do. He is very clean. He has a key to the house and I have total trust in him. I have never had an issue with him.

Nick is a fantastic guy all around - professional, kind and keeps to his word regarding timing and estimates. He was called for a quote and came right on time the next day. Since he spoke with my husband previously, he reviewed the planned job with me, gave me two options and a quote (quite reasonable) and was ready to begin the wok right then. The work on the kitchen sink was not planned but when I asked he said he could easily take care of it and included it in the same estimate. He was complete with all work in less than 2 hours. He cleaned up so that I could not tell he was there and he billed me the exact amount of the quote plus tax. We've had other area plumbers that we've been pleased with and have recommended but not as highly as Nick.

The plumber did an excellent job of disposing and cleaning up at the completion of the job. He was very skillful and reasonable in price. The serviceman arrived on time which is always appreciated.
