We vetted several roofing companies. Met with the young owner Val, and found him very professional in his detailed presentation, no sales Pressure, polite, sincere and trustworthy. So we hired him. Job was done according to the specifications and materials explained on a timely basis. His workers did an excellent job, cleanup all debris from the job plus some. We will highly recommend Val not only to our friends but to the family. We are very happy with our beautiful new roof. Kudos to iHome Designs, LLC.

I had great experience with the iHome on the whole roofing experience. They contacted me the next day after I ask the Home Advisor for recommendation for the roofing job for my 30 year old roof. The young man showed up on time for our first meeting, and I hired them right after a detailed presentation, the decision was made based on his sincere and a reasonable quotation. I did receive the details of what we will get item per item in writing. The spent 2 ½ days , they have a hard working team, did the job professional which include taking down the old roof to the rafters replace with 5/8â exterior C/D plywood. They work long hours, in order to get the work done before the big storm. They clean up the yard and took away the debris as well as excess materials. I believe they will do very well in the future, it seems that they care about what they do.

Val Kartoci came to our home twice to explain the entire process in detail in advance. He was available to us at all times. The work was begun on schedule and most importantly, he was there to supervise his team the whole time. Our home was covered from the falling debris and cleanup at the end of the project was prompt and quite thorough, especially picking up stray nails. It was a very professional installation. My Total experience was positive. The initial visit was informative and the roofing materials used were shown to me with an explanation as to why this material was chosen. The manufacturers warranty was explained as well as the workmanship warranty. During the installation process, they were thorough paying attention to detail. They were prompt and communicated to me throughout the process when I could expect the project to be completed. The workflow was interrupted because of inclement weather and I received a call informing me as to why they were not coming to complete my project. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. If you are looking for a fair market price, great workmanship, courtesy, respectful communication and a great overall experience, this is the Company to use.

Val was very professional and addressed all my concerns about replacing my roof.

Val and his crews worked efficiently to complete a full replacement including the decking. They took exceptional care with the debris given the extensive garden around the house. They handled the complexities of our roof very well, including 7 skylights and 4 levels of roof and varying pitches. They completed the work on time and within budget. Val was on the job site daily and handled all our questions and concerns professionally. Our neighbors have all commented on the how good the roof looks and how much it improves the overall look of the house. We would recommend iHome Designs for this type of job.

The sales rep was very thorough and upfront when he spoke to me and also made sure my grandmother was aware of the plan every step of the way. The customer service alone had us sold, and the crew s quick and accurate work was icing on the cake. They met their deadlines and were cleaned up and gone in no time. Again, I had not heard of this company before Home Advisor but I will certainly use them again.
