The entire experience was excellent start to finish. The salesperson, Johnathan took the time to explain everything thoroughly & clearly. Once we hired them, we were put on the schedule & they kept us informed about when they would be on site and any other thing that cropped up.They showed up on time. Florian, the project manager, was on site the entire time & answered all our questions. Florian & his crew were very respectful & professional. They cleaned up everything. Our roof looks great & we couldnâ t be happier with the result.Excellent quality of work!

We have owned our home for 33 years, and did nothing to the exterior during that time. When we discovered a leak in the roof, we decided to shop around for a contractor to do the roof. Having gotten at least 5 estimates (and a 1/2 dozen that never called back), we selected iHome design due to Val. Val came to our home, explained everything in detail about installing a new roof, brought samples, explained what would be included and what potentially could be found - in short, he was an exceptional person to deal with who had a wealth of knowledge about work to be done. We were so impressed with his presentation, honesty, and demeanor, that we decided to invest in not only a new roof, but new siding and gutters as well. Val was the consummate professional from start to finish - keeping us up to date almost daily on what work was being done when, what to expect each step of the way, etc. When he found one small anomaly during the siding install, he was not high pressure in doing what would cost more - he gave us options and let us make the decision. To tell you the type of person he is, when we realized we didn't shop for new exterior lights for the front and back, HE went to Lowe's and FaceTimed us as he walked the store to see if there was anything we liked and he would pick it up for us. WHO DOES THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE!!! On top of that, the job was completed SOONER than expected, and we are ecstatic about how our house looks. If you factor in the communication skills, the excellent workmanship, and the pricing in the same range as many others, you would be foolish not to go with Val and his team at iHome designs. expert roof installers. we also had a new skylight installed too. owners & sons very caring and responsibly considerate to do the very best job for us. we had a tiny issue and they had a quick response team come and fix it immediately. all were very friendly and easy to work with thru out the project. we had a unique roof but they were done in 2 days. they were very careful with our property and clean up great warrantee for labor and shingles. pricing just right. our neighbor was impressed and had their roof done by them the next day. thanks val for all your hard work.

When Jonathan came for the first time for the estimate of my new roof, he was a very polite gentleman. He explained thoroughly what would be needed and the process of the construction. The ownerâ s son, Val, also checked in frequently with me to see how the constructor workers were doing and offered to come to my home (where the roof was being done) if I needed anything. The construction process was done quickly (in a day actually), and I love my new roofing. Iâ m so happy with the result and customer service. I would recommend iHome Designs to everyone in need of construction work :)

Florian and his crew were great. Very professional and courteous; hard working and thorough. Completed the job in a timely manner (even after finding an underlying issue). Excellent clean up. Even came back the next day (which was a holiday) to finish the clean-up! Highly recommend!

This is a family business and if you are looking for a company who will be attentive to your project needs and requests, they are worth the hire. I had interviewed 5 other potential contractors to do the job and like any type of sales purchase someone makes, people will buy from the people they like. I have been in sales my entire life and meeting with Sadri, was like seeing an old friend you haven't seen in years. He was very personable, answered all of my wife's questions, dropped off any samples that she requested that she needed to see to be comfortable with what she wanted. There was a minor hiccup when the job got started. But we're all human and the concern was rectified and quickly and I respect that. People can buy anything anywhere and from anyone. But you can't put a price tag on the service you will get when you deal with iHome Designs. Sadri and his two sons, Val and Florian who are still fairly new in their careers to the family business that their father has been in for many many years are fast following in their father's footsteps. That's how building a family business works and Sadri should be proud to be passing this along to them. They are going to do great. Mike and the crew who did the actual work were great as well. I give them all the credit in the world to do what they do especially on a hot summer day. I was satisfied with the job

Val and his company did my siding and trim work, and I cannot say more enough about how satisfied I am working with them. I was first lucky to find a contractor who offers to finance. iHome was able to offer me 12 months with 0 percent interest. Second, Val was the only one of my bids that explained very clearly and transparently the system that was to be installed. The two other bids I met with only mentioned the price. This is what resonated with me, how clear and transparent things were with iHome. Lastly, the iHome crew worked so hard for 4 days straight in the blazing heat. I was very impressed with the work ethic and company culture here. They cleaned afterward. When an issue came up with additional costs with sheathing for the siding, Val replaced an additional 2 sheets at no cost. 10/10 highly. I am happy to recommend iHome designs.

The iHome crew started at 8AM and were done at 5PM! Sadri did a very good job explaining the process up front and why the new roof comes with a 50 year guarantee. Matt and Florian were available during the process to answer all my questions. Clean-up was very good - magnetic rake to get the nails!

Their work crew was very meticulous and considerate during the entire procedure. I would recommend this Comany to all.
