Go Organic Lawn Care

I have been dealing with this company for a full three seasons now and I am beyond happy with the results. I contacted them three years ago bcs for many years all the other lawn companies didn’t get it quite right; blaming me for not watering enough. Go organics came right in and assessed the property and got right to work. I waited a couple of seasons to see if all kept working out nicely. And it did. I am very happy with the results and with the personnel in the office and the service techs.

They were great. They took care of my lawn and made it beautiful.

I have been using Go Organic for several years and they have always provided excellent and timely service.

Everything went well as trees are infestation free.

Horrible experience they burnt my lawn byusing liquid fertilizer in 90 degree weather and tried to blame it on me I have a sprinkler system which I used eveday . Also said they treated my lawn for grubs and now front lawn and good part of my backyard lawn hadto be replaced cause grubs ate it . They said it was dollar spots when it was grubs. This is costing me a fortune now to fix my lawn and they won't do anything about it . Also did the same thing my sister and some of her neighbors also. They do not know what they are doing !!!! Stay away unless you want to replace your whole lawn

We have been using them every year for fertilizing our lawn. I think every quarter they go to our house to do the fertilizing and then I think one time last year they did the seeding of the grass. The lawn is good, we have were getting compliments from the guy that mows our lawn, like it’s green and looks nice.

I don’t see any improvements since the project.

Lawn looks great. Best in years. Used three competitors over the years. All terrible.

My experience was okay. It went all right. I underestimated my own yard. It's bigger than what I expected. It seems to be good. It's just that it's going to be a little too pricey. I had to pay almost double of the amount of the coupon I had, because my yard is bigger than I thought. It's a good treatment for smaller yards. Besides that, the people were very nice and the product seems to be very good. The price I ended up getting was higher than I could have gotten someplace else. It's too early to tell about the quality, but so far, it's been very good. I will use them again, if they have better prices.

The servers has been very good they are punctual and call the day or two before they come. My lawn which was really bad looks great only after two treatments. I did a big deal and did get upsold a bit due to the size of my property however I was still offered a 10% discount overall and the price was fair.

So far, so good. We were there during the application and he treated our entire lawn, however I'm not sure how organic their product really is due to the similarities in odor of the product with other synthetic applications we've used in the past.

I would say that the company is overloaded with work and they cannot respond to certain requests, like when will service commence and when they say they will advise me, they never do and I wind up following up and after 2 days of no replies, this action is required. I would imagine if their communication is lacking, so the service might not be what I would expect from reputable companies.

Got a late start applying treatment because of the cool weather. Came out today (4/24/14) for the first treatment. Will be back in another 4-6 weeks for second treatment. Used liquid treatment as described in the offer. We'll have to wait and see how things go.

The two men were very interested in doing exactly what we wanted. My husband and I decided to hire the company for the rest of the season.

Twice failed to show for appointment for lawn application. Third contact was unable to even make an appointment.

They are a good company. They work basically spring to summer and they do one final treatment before the winter. In my case they treat some trees and they charge per application but they also have like a seasonal contract. Normally it's like $270 or $280 a treatment but if we take four treatments they give a discount. They show up when they say they are going to. If I ever have an issue or when I've contacted them, they responded immediately. They basically try to put the customer first. It seems to be effective what they did. When I first used them they actually gave more of a discount so it's gone up. They are the best company for organic stuff because it's safe for children and pets. I'm probably going to use them this season.

They have been caring for my trees for many years and I am very happy with their service. They treat my trees several times a year.

The service has been good and the yard is well maintained as a result. There are certain times they come around and it doesn't matter if we are home or not. They leave a notification and make us aware of any additional work that needs done.

They come when we are not home because it's not requited. They notify us that they came and we have been satisfied with the results. We are pleased with the service.

They offer different packages so you can select your option. I pay for six services in advance and receive a discount. The service is awesome. Their product is a lot safer and more environmentally friendly which is very important because I have six children. My lawn looks great and I am pleased with the service.

We pre paid and received a 10% discount. They are good about working with us and offer packages to match our needs. We had one problem, but they came out right away to resolve it. Their service is always great and we love them. We had one crew that did not do a good job, but we called and they replaced the crew for us. I would highly recommend their service.
