BAKER RESIDENTIAL

There were some delays but it was not their fault. The county were slow approving permits and orange and rockland utilities delayed running power lines. The house is everything they said it would be. Baker stands behind their work. Any minor problems we had they addressed quickly. My only major complaint is about hvac system which has given me problems but it happened after the year waranty ended. I believe it was the subcontractors fault, air condition worked first year then lost freon. It has cost me over $1,000. to fix. Also beaware that the company that installs equipment may not be available to service the equipment. This happened to us so when you hire some one to fix problems they will not honor original parts replacements for free because they did not install the system. I still will recommend Baker to my friends and family, almost three years and we are loving the house. We never thought we would be saying I had a house built just for us.

THEY BUILT A PRETTY GOOD HOUSE. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THEY INCLUDED THE THINGS THAT WE WANTED IN THE HOUSE. THEY LISTENED TO OUR IDEAS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
