Description of Work: Sanded and refinished floors on main level, stairs and foyer. They came a couple of days before expected but did a great job. Since we were working, they did two sample sections to show two color options and emailed them to us so we could choose. They protected uninvolved areas quite well. Only complaint is that they had all doors open while a/c was running.

Description of Work: We had carpet removed from two bedrooms, carpet and vinyl tile moved from a hallway and closets, and hardwood floors sanded and stained in those rooms. The living room floor was also sanded and stained. They were prompt, though one person had to leave partway through the job to finish a job at another site, which delayed the estimated completion of our job by one day. Finished floors look beautiful, but we were frustrated that some of the stain got on our freshly painted radiators, our kitchen floor, and on our front door.

Description of Work: Rep from american oak hardwood floors informed me that there would be extra charges and extra wrk would need to be doon to my floors be they could do the work that is detailed in the deal I brought. I am unable to afford the extra charges.
