We had a birds nest and bird mite infestation under the roofing shingles in the covering of our porch. Some mites migrated into the upstairs bedrooms, so this was an emergency. Two other companies gave assessments which involved an extensive, multi-step process over a period of days. Mike performed an estimate and immediately put a ladder up, removed the nest material, assisted 3 birds in leaving (our luck- they were old enough to walk out), applied insecticide to the area and covered the area with a temporary mesh cover. He solved our problem immediately, instead of scheduling a follow up date for the work. Later that day we saw a bird was still trapped inside. Due to the length of the porch it was impossible to see the extent of the bird population without a siding company dismantling the entire area. He returned quickly, opened the mesh and waited it out, again assisting the extra birds in leaving. Two days later, we saw another bird, he returned quickly and utilized the same service. No extra billing with each visit. He was kind and generous with his time. We so appreciated his interest in solving the problem and his professionalism. Mike did a great job, examining the entire house, inside and out, from the ground to the upper-floor windows. His observations were sophisticated and informed by lots of experience. Then he put mousetraps in appropriate places and applied ant-control substances to the interior and exterior of the house and to the grounds as well. He was very thorough -- for example, he attacked a problematic window frame from every angle, although that required climbing up a very high ladder. The mice didn't come back, but when the ants did, MIke stood behind his work and came back, and he managed to get rid of them. He was professional and great to deal with at all times. I'd be pleased to hire him again.

Very helpful. Gave us confidence the problem had been professionally evaluated. The technician left his card in case we did have evidence of the squirrels' return, and explained the method he would use to remove them ('have a heart' traps, where the animals are trapped, and released in an appropriate environment some miles from the home).

The best thing is that you are always dealing with the owner. He is responsive, knowledgable and always fair with the price. On a previous experience with termite treatment he saved me $700. This time be checked the entire house, baited my for mice and sprayed the perimeter. He stands by his work.
