+ -1 moreNolek came promptly to give me the estimate. We agreed on the spot on a date for the work to begin. He was to paint my living room, dining room and hallway. Since this is an old house and sat idle while it was sold by an estate, he agreed to do substantial prep work. He started promptly on the agreed-upon date. He worked very hard preparing the old, neglected walls. Because he was painting with a light color over a dreary brown left from the prior owner of the house, he had to put on multiple coats. His work was meticulous and professional. When he was finished, it looked like a brand new house. While he was working, we chatted about tennis, life in another country, and mutual friends that we did not know about when the work was started. He was charming. During his time working, I had a family emergency and Nolek was caring and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to everyone and I would use him again.
Description of Work: Paint the living room, dining room and hallways to the kitchen and bedrooms. This task included painting the walls, ceiling, and trim. Prepare all the walls, spackle a large fissure between sheetrock panels.
