Greg was very accessible through the whole process! He and his team are very skilled at what they do!! They rebuilt my dock so beautifully. I didnâ t think it was possible!! I we totally recommend them 100% five stars! I plan on using them to do my basement next.

The men are wonderful to work with, quick and efficient and go over and above what is expected. I was struggling to put out two trash bags for trash day when they arrived and the one fellow ran over and asked where I wanted them. He took them over to my trash can, put them in and put the can out by the road. That was certainly going way above what was expected and I certainly appreciated it!!

I was impressed with Greg’s knowledge and professionalism from the first meeting. He knew what he needed to do and took his time to explain different options and helped understand what I was working with. He was also prompt in his communication, and remembered what our conversation and/or next steps. There was a little hiccup on the digging but other than that the guys, electrician and plumber were impressive. They also took their time to address any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them, and wouldn’t hesitate giving Papa Grieves another job. Thanks Greg!

This was one of the best surprises I have had. Papa Grieves took my pool from pond green to the clearest it had been all year. In addition, they then closed the pool for less than I had been paying before AND included the chemicals! But the biggest thing I want people to know is the level of service they provided was superior. I had forgotten that my cable for winter closing had broken during the opening this year. Papa Grieves came back out the next day and installed a new cable. No last-minute Amazon purchasing for me. They came when they said, did the work I asked, were cheaper than others I've worked with, and exceded my expectations. If you are a pool owner, keep their info handy.

Greg the owner of Papa Grieves is an amazing, incredibly honest and dependable pool expert. He came to my house on Friday to repair my propane heater. The heater needed 2 parts and Greg only had 1 of the required parts on his truck. He called me, explained what needed to be done and that he would come back on Saturday to finish the job. Greg said that although the heater had a great deal of rust, he could fix it so that it would work for the remainder of the season. He did NOT try to see me a new heater, but I asked him what a new heater would cost. The price he quoted me was 20% less than what my current pool company, that did not return my call about my heater not working gave me at the beginning of the season. I asked him if he could install the new heater on Saturday, because I was having a big party on Sunday and he said the heater was in stock and that he could do the job the next day. Saturday morning the rain was coming down in buckets and I did not expect Greg to show up. But to my shock and amazement, at 10 AM the Papa Grieves Pool truck pulled into my driveway. In the pouring rain Greg and his assistant Raul removed the old heater and installed the new one. They performed all of this work without asking for a deposit or credit card for security. The heater works great. PARTY SAVED!!!!! That you Papa Grieves!!!!!

He was very professional and courteous. He was hired to remedy something my regular guy could not fix. I may be changing from my regular pool guy to PApa Grieves for regular service

They opened our pool. Did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them. I think we will be hiring them for pool closing also.

Papa Grieves Pools have removed our old above ground pool and installed the new one, they modified existing deck around the pool, installed all new equipment, and have done several more improvements for easier maintenance of the pool . They did a very good job while charged reasonable price for it. Greg and his team were always on-time, always polite, willing to answer any our questions, and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy all our desires... Thank you!!!

Greg is very honest and makes sure that you are satisfied with the work he has performed. After the work was done about a week later I had wanted him to check something out I was not sure about. I had called him and told him about and he re-assured me that he would come out in a few days to look at it. He came over has promised within a day or two and it turned out to be nothing. But he took time from his buzy schedule in the middle of the summer to check on something that I was concerned about. Nothing is to big or small for him as he just wants you to be safe and satisfied with his work. To sum up Papa Grieves Pool service is they take PRIDE in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool repair or a New pool you will be making the right decision and will be very satisfied either way.

They did a great job, liner style changed but not Greg's fault. Tough job for Greg with the weather but a compeated job and a happy customer. Tommy Casserly Budd Lake NJ
