Called a few companies to fix damage on my house after Hurricane Sandy. Was in the middle of a refinance so I was begging to get this work done quickly so I didn't lose my rate lock. Jeff came to provide an estimate, nice guy, estimate seemed a bit high and my insurance hadn't but still willing to have him do the work. Many calls to him never returned. Giving a "C" because I know after the storm everyone was busy and sure he had jobs that were bigger and more profitable but on web site says - "I will return the call, I will give you a written price quote, and I will perform the work." - not my experience... A call saying that would have sufficed, me chasing for weeks wasted my time and meant it took longer to get the work done. Would not call in the future
