Description of Work: Joe and Jason had done some work with my contractor and were recommended when my heat wasn't working. Joe came within a matter of hours and quickly assessed the situation - on a Saturday. Since the job required parts he didn't have - Control Board, Flame Sensor and Hot surface igniter - he wasn't able to complete the job. They called promptly on Monday am once they located the parts and were able to come by and finish the job.

+ -1 moreHe was professional and on time. Six months later I'm receiving bills for the job that was already paid for in December. Called to clarify bill and turned out it was just a billing misunderstanding, Climate Plus LLC immediately corrected it.
Description of Work: He gave me an estimate for improving air flow from the heating system and checked out the furnace. He then came to increase air circulation and insulate the air ducts.
