Work wasn't completed to my satisfaction. When I voiced my concerns he became irritated and told me I was over thinking things. I know for a fact I wasn't overthinking things when I had 3 other professionals look at his work and confirm it was not done right and definitely not code. This was for a basement beam and posts, I was told the post would rest on the foundation wall which is not how it was completed. A heating line really needed to be moved to have the work done correctly, but he assured me he would be able to do it and the post would be on the foundation wall. Now I have 6' of my living floor supported on a 2x4. I didn't want to argue with him about it anymore so now I will be spending more money to have someone else come in and correct the work. Live and learn.

Not only was the job done well, but timely. Vendor was very quick to respond. Price was very fair for the work involved. It was a high roof and other parts of the repair had to done from a high ladder. No complaints. I will probably use him for some other repairs not involving roofing. He also ontroduced me to another service person that I am using.

Chris was very courteous and explained the various materials & cost of the project. All our questions were answered before the project began. I had my side entrance deck & stairs replaced due to rot & damage. All rotted/damaged areas were replaced to our liking with brand new materials. Chris & his team go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with the final product. I would highly recommend these gentlemen.

Very professional and friendly. Chris was always on time and kept his promise on start and completion dates. My deck looks amazing, right out of a magazine. Thanks Chris for a great experience. You are truly an oasis among a dessert of contractor's.

Chris did exactly what we asked for - The work turned out great. He 'won" the bid based upon his suggestions and reasonable price. My only suggestion is to make sure they do all their cutting in one place that is easy to clean. Not the lawn and flower beds...

Chris did an awesome job on rebuilding our deck. He is very knowledgeable, listens to your needs, gives great advise, & delivers what was promised. I would & have recommended him to others for their home improvement needs. His price was the best value beating out 3 others deck designers!

Chris came when he said he would come. Did the repairs to my satisfaction. He's now doing a second project for me.
