Showed up on time, diagnosed issue (clogged fuel line), examined and cleaned furnace and were out in an hour so I could carry on with my day.

Had the pump in their truck stock and replaced it for a very reasonable price.

All Pro Heating replaced the part at a very reasonable price.

Second time using them. All I can say is AMAZING. they are so professional and do. Great job. I had a stubborn vanity sink with several issues installed and no problem was too big for them. Trustworthy and dependable. The only company I will use for plumbing and heating issues working around my work schedule was no problem for them. I highly recommend. Scale of. 1 to 10. I rate All Pro a 11.

Another successful job done from professionals. Although the job was not a difficult one I felt more confident leaving it to the professionals and that's just what ALL PRO was. True professionals from the courteous phone rep Kelly who quoted the job to the installers they sent out to perform the job everyone was a pleasure to deal with.. I would also like to add they were very reasonably priced compared to others that were recommended. Thank you!

They arrived to diagnose my problem and returned the next day with the correct part and fixed the problem.

Husband and wife team were prompt, friendly, professional, and thorough. My many questions were answered, and they were careful to clean up as they went. Services were provided as described on their website. I will definitely use them again next year! Also worth mentioning, due to my constantly shifting schedule, I missed my original appointment with All Pro. They were very professional and understanding about this, and rescheduled for the following morning. Excellent service.

Tony has been out 4 times in the last 3 months to "fix" our furnace, while charging us every time to fix the same thing according to him. Our furnace is once again not working. We have called 3 times in the past 3 days an no one has returned our phone calls. We have no heat or hot water. Finally we were able to contact another company to take a look and the problem was that the furnace was never cleaned or calibrated properly--we had paid All Pro to service our furnace the past two years and apparently they really didn't do anything at all or didn't know what they were doing. I would not recommend using them for furnace/boiler issues.

I called all-pro on a Friday afternoon (10/3/2014) at 430 pm on my way home from work and told them that I didn't have hot water. I told them I understand that it is later in the day and that I can wait till Monday if need be. They said no need to wait they were finishing up a job and could be at my house at 6pm. Of course I said great and at 6pm they pulled in driveway and by 6;45 I had hot water. I will be using All-Pro heating for all my heating and cooling needs from this time on. Thanks for the great service and price!!

I contacted All Pro for oil burner maintenance. Tony & his wife Kelly came promptly for the appointment. Later, the furnace stopped working. The problem was air in the fuel line which proved to be difficult to troubleshoot. Tony felt that replacing oil pump (as the problem could be faulty intake on oil pump) would remedy the problem and it sure did. Did not need to replace the fuel line. The furnace is working like a champ, better than ever I think. Tony always answered my calls or immediately returned my calls. Courteous and prompt, efficient. They are a lovely couple and make a great team. Highly recommend.
