Don't ever use them. Supposed to be here for a main drain at 4:00 PM on Friday and did not show up until 7:45. Told me at 8:15 PM that he needed a special snake and would be back on Saturday around 12:00 PM. At 1:30 I still hadn't even gotten a phone call, at 4:05 PM they told me they could not come, only after I called them. They said I was the first appointment on Sunday between 10, and 11. After two calls, at 1:45 I still have no response. Mind You, this was to fix a drain that wasn't fixed correctly three weeks prior. So unless your looking for the worst service possible.

They're very good. They're responsive, and I haven't had any problems with them. I couldn't get them one time, and I used another company and they were horrific, so I'm sticking to Windheim. They just sent me a reminder in December, and they sent me a follow-up reminder. The cost was $182, and I get a $75 discount. For price, I'd give them an A, because the other companies charge much more.

They are very pricey. For something as simple as a clogged drain it really should not be $200, they could bring it down closer to $150 is possible. Between $150-$180.

I called and they were able to come out in less than an hour. They were willing to quote the expected price on the phone $215 plus tax. Unlike Roto Rooter which would not even give me a ball park idea of the cost. I'm glad I choose a locally owned company and that the phone call was answered by the actual business, (not an unknown third party) and Jack (the plumber who did the work) made no attempt to try and garner more work. Very professional. I highly recommend.

We were unfairly charged full price for a poor assessment. They came to our condo / rental property to tell us they couldn't fix the issue then and there, because we would have to have the condo association turn off the water for the entire building. This was a complete waste of our time and money because the shut off valve for the unit was in the laundry room and if the plumber had done his investigative work, we could have had our issue fixed then and there. I'm very disappointed in the lack of service and that we paid $80 to be lied to. My husband called 3 times within 3 days to see if they could do anything to redeem themselves and the first two times they said they would call us back but no one returned our call. On the third day, he finally spoke to someone and he couldn't care less. They got their money.

They came as scheduled and completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up after they were finishedto the chimney

Contacted Windheim Plumbing on Friday July 3. Set appointed for Monday July 6 between 11 and 11:30.They called to come earlier than appointed time. That was not convenient so the plumber came a few minutes earlier than 11 o'clock which was fine. Plumber went right to work, was neat,was friendly, explained everything and when finished left the work area as neat as a pin. Also, because we are senior citizens, gave us a 10% discount without our having to ask for it. I would use them again.

I started to hookup a new gas stove, but the shut off valve would not work. I called Windheim and was assured that someone would be there before day's end. The plumber arrived early, about 1:30 pm. In addition to the faulty valve, we discovered that the old pipe had to be relocated for the new stove. The plumber replaced the gas pipe and valve, then connected the new stove and tested for leaks.

Competent, timely, and professional. Long time customer for plumbing, water heater and boiler needs..

I had an emergency on my hands when my hot water heater broke and leaked in my finished basement. I called a few plumbers and decided to give Windheim the job. They confirmed an afternoon appointment and came prepared with an appropriate replacement unit. They ordered a town permit, did a clean job, replaced my old shut off valve and also brought my exhaust vent up to code. The price was reasonable and about what I expected to pay with no additional costs for the additional work. I will consider using them for any plumbing work that I may need in the future.

The gentleman who came to my house was very pleasant, but seemed young and inexperienced.

I have been using him for a while and it was from before I signed up on Angie's List. I have had wonderful experiences with him. He shows up on time and gets the job done for the price that is agreed on. His work was as expected and the inspector was very pleased with the work and so forth. His price is low. I have used him several times.

Tom sent a very skilled and talented plumber to our home. Basically he removed one of the most complicated pieces of pipe I’ve ever seen, built a new one on the spot and installed it flawlessly. Can’t ask for better than that. A polite professional that comes in, does the job, and leaves your home much better than it was when he arrived.

Based on their location and reviews we called Windheim. I called at 7:45am and they were able to schedule us the same day as their first appt. at 8:30am. They arrived on time and the job was completed within 45 minutes. He was extremely professional and courteous and answered questions we had concerning another plumbing issue. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Called them for leaking sink and toilet that wouldn't flush. They came in a hour and didnt charge an "emergency call" rate! Two guys came to do the work and both were very friendly and professional. It turned out that the sink faucet was broken internally, so they came back the next day to install they new one I purchased. I had several other minor issues they also addressed while there. I had them replace the faucet in the shower as well. Unfortunately, the old tiles had cracked and the board behind them was in poor shape and some of them cracked. They recommended a very nice tile contractor to help with that as well. I have had other plumbers do less and charge much more, so I am very satisfied an will use them again!

Wyndheim sent a plumber a couple of hours after calling. And they fixed the issue within an hour. They also came in at 1/6 of the price as another plumber quoted us to fix the same issue. We have found our plumber for life in Wyndheim. I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks. They are honest, professional, effective and fair n price! What else can you ask for?

I called on the spur of the moment and Windheim was able to come out right away. Ruben came out and diagnosed the problem and determined that I needed to replace a corroded basket strainer and a dishwasher tailpiece. He did the work and answered all questions. He was professional and helpful I would call them again.

The job went well, they did all the work as defined in the contract. There was an additional problem with a bad relay, they did not charge me any extra labor, just the cost of the relay.

He did a good job without any fuss.

Very prompt service and open to discussion about the how the work should be done. Given that the work was done in about half a day, the price seems high, but the price was similar to 2 other local companies.

Their response to my situation was timely. The plumber's work was professional in the replacement and removal of the old heater.

They were the only plumber we called that who called us back right away. They were able to come on same day. They fixed the problem very quickly and were very friendly. Their price was average.

I find them to be pretty good. They are on time and do the job well.

We were very pleased with all the work performed for the kitchen renovation. The crew from Windheim was always on-time, very professional, and all estimates were accurate, never above initial quote. Since the first kitchen job, we have continued to rely on Windheim for all subsequent plumbing jobs.

THIS IS A VERY RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH ALL THE WORK THAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR US. WE HAVE ALREADY HIRED THEM TO DO EVEN MORE WORK IN OUR HOME.
