About us

We facilitate closings for individuals, attorneys, title companies and mortgage companies. (i.e. purchases, sales, refinance transactions). After the attorney review is complete we work with your attorney to complete the transactions through the date of closing. If a refinance we work with your & your lender thru the closing process. Since the new RESPA regulations for the Settlement Statement many attorneys, title companies & real estate agents need assistance with the software and preparation of the HUD Statement. Our office is fully staffed to assist in these transactions.
