 + -1 moreFirst time we scheduled (through my tenant) he didn't arrive without even letting him know. Second time he did come in and charged me for the project including full year guarantee. three weeks later my tenant still calls me complaining that nothing got changed he still has mice running around. I called Paul and asked him to come to look at the problem. He scheduled with me to come between 12-2pm. My tenant took a day off waiting for him. At 2pm after he didn't come in I called him and he apologized that he can't make it (didn't even bother to give us a heads up). He promised me he will be coming the day after between 10-12pm. Guess what? he didn't come the day after as well. At this point I am waiting him to call me back to refund my money.
Description of Work: I had a mice infestation and called Paul to come and take care of it.
