Benjamin came out and performed the work, clearly explaining the process as he went along. HE also pointed out dust on one of the ledges and offered his ladder so I could get up there a vacum it off. Very professional service.

Assuming he did what he wanted too, which I did not take a camera and look, I think he did an A. I guess an A for pricing, I don't have much experience with it. I was very comfortable using them, I just don't know about their prices, I assume they're in line with everyone else. They did exactly what I asked them to do. They cleaned the ducts, and they were very dirty. With all the construction going on, and all the sanding, you could write your name inside the duct work if you wanted to.

Showed up on time. Was very courteous and clean. Very knowledgeable and professional. I dreaded having a contractor in the house cleaning air ducts in every room (have 51 ducts) but they made it a pleasure.

David was the technician that performed the services. He was very pleasant and professional. Took the time to explain the work being done. Also, he discovered a dryer hose issue and fixed it. Did have some difficulty reaching someone in the main office regarding the service appointment. But once we did, the owner was great to work with.

Vincent came to the house on-time. They use a powerful gas engine unit. Vincent was a certified professional that was very important to me, especially as the system had not been cleaned since the house was built 19-years ago. He confirmed all duct connections were tight and in great condition, but 19-years of dust! The first time the unit was cleaned required cutting into the duct work and great care was given. I also discussed a problem I have with too much flow going to one section of the house. On entry into the main dust, Vincent was able to find the regulator that as directing 70% of the air flow to the rooms directly below the blower - the builder missed on that one. He corrected the flow and we both assessment the proper percent air flow. Very happy with that resolution. Should have done this years ago. Vincent did an amazing job on the dry vent. He spent 45 - 60 minutes on that alone. The vent run was about 21 feet. Previously wet lint coated most of the run. He drilled an access port mid-run as the diameter was so restricted. The price was also very competitive for a 3600 sq ft house with about 25 vents. I wanted to get it done right and they did that very well.

Benjamin did an amazing job and stayed till the work was completed as he had found other issues with our ancient system. The tubes that attach to the vents werent aligned and insulation was blowing through. He went over everything to make sure it was completed and we were very happy with his job. Mark and Vincent are always a pleasure to work with. They are very flexible on scheduling, even when I have last minute changes. Vincent is meticulous and leaves the house in perfect condition - no marks on walls or wet spots after carpet cleaning, no metal shavings or messes in the basement from duct cleaning. They are the only duct/carpet cleaners we will use. BONUS: They got all new equipment this year and we were one of the first customers to get the upgraded spa treatment for our rugs!

It went well. The technician was professional knowledgable about the service. He explained what he was doing and was able to answer all my questions. The company did not tell the technician about there not being an elevator in my building. He had to carry the heavy portable equipment by himself. They failed to tell me in advance they don't take Amex and that there would be an extra cost for sanitizing the ducts. I think the cost could be cheaper.

I needed a whole house cleaning from the vents to the floors in the new home I bought. No. 1 provided all the services in one and they seemed reasonably priced. Vincent came on time and we went through all the things I wanted done in detail. He quoted me a price and he got to work. Many hours later, the house is amazingly clean and the dryer and HVAC unit is more efficient. The stains came out of the carpet and the tile was returned to original. The dust in the duct was also removed. In regards to the tile floor, I thought the grout was black, but after the cleaning it turned out that the original color was gray. Amazing! We also looked in the dryer vent and realized it had never been cleaned. I can't believe how much stuff came out of a short vent hose. I'm really glad I had it done. As to the professional who came to the house, Vincent was outstanding. He explained everything clearly, was very professional and did the work to the best of his abilities paying attention to detail. I couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely recommend No. 1 and Vincent to others who need the service.

the service was performed so incredibly fast that I had to question whether or not I was overcharged, but I realize that these folks charge market price for dryer vent cleaning. i will definitely work with them again in the future.

Service man came on time, as planned. Assessed the floor and recommended that we not only get the kitchen area done, but the eating area as well. Explained that we would probably not be happy when done if only one area was cleaned because there would be a major difference between the two areas. Took his recommendation. So glad we did. Service man worked on floor for several hours. Type tile flooring was one with cracks and crevices, which collected a lot of dirt off shoes. When service man was done, floor looked completely new. He worked diligently and did not waste any time. Anyone wanting to have their tile cleaned should definitely contact No. 1 Cleaners.

Great service! Benjamin did a wonderful job of going above and beyond to clear out our dryer vent.

Last month I had my air ducts cleaned at my newly purchased house that we did not move into yet. They did both AC & heating system. Towards the end of the service I noticed the big bulky tubing they use was leaning up against my freshly painted wall and was scratching it. Upon further inspection I realized how careless the technician had been as there were scratches scratches on all the walls all over the house that he had been dragging his equipment against. It was so bad that I had to have the painters come back in to re-paint several areas. Fast forward to yesterday when I turned my heat on for the first time, and my house is now covered in dust as it blew out from several of the vents, so I'm not even sure what I paid for if there was still dust in the vents. I will not be using this company again.

Arrived on time, work performed (Benjamin) without delay. Everything explained before work startedj, very happy. Will call again. Price reasonable.
