Friendly, professional! Bottom lone these guys know what they are doing! This was the second time me using them!

Scheduled within a day. Team arrived promptly. Explained all options and services. Were here for 3-4 hours. Cleaned up everything afterwards. Would hire again

Marc was able to fit us in a several days after the original call, but then called 2 days later to say he had a cancellation and was able to come that same day which was very accommodating and great ! Crew arrived on time. Air duct cleaning was done first and quite thoroughly. Benjamin (and his assistant) was very knowledgeable and professional, cleaned everything and vacuumed afterwards, and there was no debris left after they were done. He even showed some before and after pictures of the return vents and how dirty they used to be, which was helpful. Next was the dryer vent cleaning, Benjamin did an outstanding job, he went into the attic to inspect the vent pipe and was able to find and fix the opening size to the correct vent pipe size. He also found blockage and wet lint blocking the dryer vent hose, so I asked for the hose to be replaced. He replaced the hose with a much better grade hose. He also inspected the dryer itself and it had a lot of lint inside the dryer around the bottom of the front lint screen, so he offered to vacuum all the lint from the dryer itself which was great ! Everything took about 3 hours or so. All in all I'm very satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend and hire them and Benjamin again.

The tech arrived on time and in a very professional manner performed the cleaning of the dryer vent. The price could be a little lower though.

They deodorized and cleaned my carpets like it was truly new. Much better job than the commercialized competitor. The young man( sorry I forgot his name) was very knowledgeable about our carpets and also gave great recommendations in maintaining them. Will be using No. 1 again soon.

VINCENT.......is fantastic, a very honest and hard worker. Vincent was very punctual and very courteous. I had arranged for the a/c vents to be cleaned from my rental home that I just moved into but because Vincent was so thorough he found the start of mold in the system and showed me and took photos so I could show my landlord. The system had never been cleaned and Vincent had to drill holes to do the cleaning. Hours were spent and he showed me before and after and informed me on yearly maintenance in order to avoid more high costs down the road.

Very professional; cleaned ducts incl. laundry duct... found extra dirt in AC unit/cleaned... replaced filter for free after wife purchased same-day... would recommend again

They failed to show up for the 1st appointment. They came 1/2 hour late for the new appointment.

Great. Benjamin was exactly on time. He was pleasant. He was professional. He cleaned up afterwards. He saw a couple of problems and told me about them. He fixed a problem with the dryer vent. I couldn't have asked for someone to do a better job than he did.

They did a very thorough job. They were very responsive and called to let us know exactly when they were coming. Even through there was an impending snow storm, they made every effort to come out quickly.

Generally, it went well. Would have liked to see tarps put on floor in the snowy, wet weather. He spent a lot of time on the dryer vent to get it right. This was all done with air pressure and suction and no brushes. There was an extra charge not expected for "access" panel to duct work but overall the value was good.

We just bought our home and it turns out our ducts had NEVER been cleaned. I have allergy asthma so this is especially important to me as I kept waking up not breathing so great. Benjamin spent about 5 hours working here. On top of the air ducts, our furnace blower was filthy. Each blade had several layers of dust stuck on from lack of cleaning through the years and the amount of dust and gunk cleaned out overall was alarming. Benjamin was super thorough and informative. I'm sure he didn't expect to spend as much time as he did here (he actually had to cancel other jobs) but we're beyond happy with his service. I honestly can't say enough good things and I don't think I've ever been this excited about clean air ducts. Exceptional service. I highly recommend.

I would highly recommend No. 1 cleaners. I just purchased my home and my air ducts were never cleaned by the previous owners. Vincent arrived on time, explained everything in full detail and got to work. Vincent did such a great job and spent extra time due to the extent of the neglected air ducts. He also cleaned the furnace motor that was never cleaned and full of dust from home renovations. He also cleaned my dryer vent, which was not properly installed. He reinstalled the vent and made sure everything was properly secured and cleaned. I have already recommended them to family and friends!

TERRIBLE JOB!! Didn't even remove half the air ducts to clean them out. TOTAL SCAM!!! He wanted to get out of here as fast as he could. He was unhappy right from the beginning because I wanted him to use the front door, insteat of the sliding glass door that leads to the lawn patch. I just had the house cleaned, and didn't want him tracking mud and grass into the house. When I went around to check the quality of the job he performed, I realized he had not even removed half of the vents to clean them out. When I questioned him about this, he denied it at first, but later admitted he had not taken many of the vents out to clean them. The tech just blew them out while they were still installed in the wall and nothing else. DIRT WENT EVERYWHERE! There was dirt and filth on most of the floors where he blew the vents. Also, I found a few screws that were not replaced properly, and when I pointed one out, he was annoyed that I checked the job he did. He was done, and wanted to get out of here as fast as he could, and I didn't trust the job he did anyway. I screwed the vents back in properly myself. He brought a vent over to me, and said that there was mold on it. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM THAT IS IDENTIFIED ON THE INTERNET! I wish I had read it before I hired him. It was very black and didn't look like what he was showing me was there before he came. When I questioned the darkness of the mold, he admitted that he had sprayed it with a liquid, and it was just a small amount of mold. I don't know if this is a trick your company does to try to fake out the home owner, but it is very underhanded, and unscrupulous. TOTAL SCAM! They even left a huge roll of steel sheeting in my driveway that I had to get rid of. Then, they upcharged me for things they didn't disclose on the quote. I was scammed. Don't let it happen to you. NO WAY THE LOUSY JOB THAT WAS DONE WAS WHAT I HAD CONTRACTED THIS COMPANY TO PERFORM!

We had the air ducts in our newly purchased 2 story house with finish basement cleaned as well as carpeting on the 2nd floor and basement/family cleaned. They were punctual and thorough in the estimate. We also had the dryer duct line cleaned out too.
