I can't the before and after but I'm happy to know that all the ducts are clean.

This guy's are awesome! They came and preformed an excellent job, very neat and clean no mess it all. I had David preformed the job and was very polite and courteous. I would recommend them.

I called this morning in a panic when my engagement ring fell down the AC vent in my bedroom. After my husband unsuccessfully tried to retrieve the ring by opening up the vents in my bedroom and the basement, I logged onto Angies List and did a search for Duct Cleaners and found Number 1 Cleaners. Marc was super accommodating in getting David to come out to our home in less than 4 hours of my phone call. In less than 15 minutes, David was able to retrieve my ring. I was so thrilled that I had them clean out the ducts too. So now I can breath easier because I got my ring back and because the ducts were cleaned out and sanitized. Super Fast, Super Courteous, Super Clean, Super Affordable ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!

We needed our ducts cleaned in a hurry due to allergens circulating in our apartment. They came in faster than I expected, made sure to cover and protect our furniture and proceeded to clean the ducts in a professional manner.

The crew was right on time and Vince was very professional as well as friendly and diligent. They did an excellent job, cleaned up perfectly, and even waiting 20 minutes past the end of the job for us to return from Home Depot with a new furance air filter, so he could show us how to install it properly. a great experience across the board and I plan to use them in the future for some of their other cleaning services.

Workers were timely and professional while they were performing the service. They did a quality job but are not the cheapest provider out there. I elected to use them because of the favorable reviews on Angie's list despite the higher price. I haven't used any of the lower cost providers so I can't compare and contrast the quality of work between them.

Great job all around. David and his team did a tremendous job inspecting, walking us through all the details and completing the cleaning in about 3 hours . This job was no easy task....since our newly purchased (circa-1968) ducts....may have never been cleaned. Will definitly be using Number 1 again.....to tackle our ducts, carpets and tile. Thanks again for all the hard work.

I spoke to Marc and was able to schedule an appt. in a few days. I called back to reschedule for the following day and he was able to accommodate me. They were on time and David was very professional and patient. He answered any questions I had and showed me how to use my thermostats as well. He also showed me before & after pictures which I appreciated. I plan to use them on a regular basis. I gave the price a B rating because I have never used a duct cleaning service before.

Everything went smoothly from the time I called to make the appointment, to the time they left after the work. Highly recommend.

We had the ducts and furnace fully cleaned in our new home prior to move-in since everything got so dirty during construction. Don't believe your builder when he says he cleans the ducts! Their cleaning crew will use a shop vac on maybe the first foot or 18" of ductwork, but otherwise all the dirt, debris, spackle and sawdust will still be in your home when you move in! Also, our heating/plumbing contractor told us that the furnace warranty could be voided if substantial construction dirt was allowed to remain. Vincent was meticulous in all aspects of the work performed. He carefully explained each element of the work, and was extremely careful of walls, floor coverings, and interior finishes when cleaning the ducts. He completely dis-assembled the furnace components to ensure thorough removal of dirt and construction debris. He also put the humidifier on the correct settings and explained its proper use to us. He cleaned up after himself like he was never there. He spent approx. 4 hours making sure the work was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Very professional. No gimmicks or nonsense. Explained each line item on the invoice when he presented it to us, ensuring we got the best available pricing/discount. Highly recommended.

I set up the appointment with Marc over the phone. Marc explained the process and we quickly came to an agreement. The technicians were on time, professional, they answered all my questions. They performed the job well, efficiently, and made sure to leave the place as clean as they found it. I followed their work from beginning to end, without any complaint. All in all, I had a good positive experience, and would recommend No1 Cleaners for anyone in this area: High quality service at a good price. The ducts are now clean, and only time will tell if our overall well-being is improved as a result !

Given timely appt. Arrived on time. David, explained the entire procedure, thoroughly discussed optional items available (e.g. sanitizing), and knowledgeably answered any questions that we had. Both David and his helper were extremely personable. They worked well together and accomplished the task in an adequate amount of time with little disruption to the household. When they finished, everything was cleaned up and returned to its place. David reviewed the work they had done with us before we paid the bill. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Marc explained the pricing and cleaning process clearly. He was able to schedule us quickly. There wasn't a discount for being an Angie's List member and no hidden charges. The tech arrived on time but a piece of equipment was broken so he had ton leave and return later that same day. The job was done thoroughly and my husband was shown the large volume of dust that was removed.

David was great in providing the service and suggestion for future reference.

Marc was very polite and professional on the phone. We have a total of 23 ducts/returns, we were quoted a price which was fully honored when the service was performed - it included the sanitizer - and with no extra charges which I had been warned about by others. We had never had our ducts cleaned before but just completed a full kitchen renovation which generated a huge amount of that really fine construction dust so we decided that it was time to do it. I left my mother at the house and when David arrived he called me at work and explained exactly what would be done and then he called me after the job was done to give me a full explanation of what was found. He also checked the dryer vent and my filter and offered me advice on which filters would work best with my unit. David was very polite and professional (and so was his assistant). I would definitley use Number 1 Cleaners again and recommend them to others.

We recently did some home remodeling that kicked up a lot of dust and decided it was time to have our vents cleaned. We have never had the duct work in our home cleaned out, and we were shocked at how dirty they were! David was our technician from Number 1 Cleaners and he was great! Very prompt and professional. He explained what he would be doing every step of the way. He even showed us what had been hiding in our ducts and vents! YUK! We also had them clean the dryer hose as well. They sanitized the ducts too, and we feel the air inside the house is much better and our system is running better. Will definitely call them again in the future!
