Excellent. David came on time, and charged a reasonable price. There was a bit of trouble getting into our vent, but David handled that very well. We were not charged extra for this inconvenience to the company.

It was good - they called ahead and finished the job quickly.

Chose this company based on Angie List reviews and the detail on their website. Reached out to them and received quick response. They forwarded information about air duct cleaning and went over how they the job. I liked what I heard and made appointment. Had some follow up questions that they answered. A crew of 2 showed up between the time frame I was quoted. One of the guys really knew his work. He took picture of the fan and recommended a total fan cleaning which would have cost additional. I asked some additional questions and decided to do it and am I glad I did it. He cleaned each fan blade by hand. I feel that my system runs more efficiently now. Overall they did good work.

The technician did call on time to let us know that he was about 20 minutes away. He called back a little bit later and said that he couldn't find us. The office had sent in almost 80 miles the wrong way! We live in Jackson, NJ and the office sent him to a similarly named street in Hampton, NJ. The provider kept trying to call us back to reschedule, but I decided to go elsewhere as I had other things scheduled for today and needed to move on to those.

That scheduling issue was not satisfactory to me. Additionally, the deal quoted a 700 sqare feet cleaning for $199, but when I spoke with the representative, he quoted 600 square feet. Which left me feeling uncomfortable with the service I would receive and the price I would ultimately pay.

Things went very well. David and his team from Number 1 Cleaners were very profressional and friendly. David went through the estimate and costs prior to the conducting the service and explained how everything that would be done. They were very open to questions and comments while they were working and completed the job in the time that was estimated. I requested some additions made to the scope of work (we added a second blower unit, etc.). David was very amenable and priced the additional services very reasonably. I would recommend using Number 1 Cleaners again.

It went very well. Two guys came out and were very professional and clear about everything they were doing. They answered all of my questions and showed me the before and after. They also cleaned up behind themselves and didn't leave any debris. When I called to set up the appointment with the owner he was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to immediately give me a quote with no strings attached. After the work was performed they also sent me a follow up email to make sure everything was ok.

Making an appointment was easy and they provided a quick and convenient time. They were polite and helpful with planning what services I would need to have the dryer working again and an overall cleaning of the air system. Leo and Josh arrived early to the house. WIth road work outside my house happening at the same time, Leo adjusted to best suit our needs. Leo provided great service in a timely fashion. The pre- and post-pictures were amazing. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

First let me start by saying that I had previously had my vents cleaned a year ago by a company I had not researched in one of those too good to be true mail coupon vouchers. Only after contacting Number 1 Cleaners do I realize what good vent cleaning service is and what knock-off service is. I am in the final stages of a kitchen renovation and I was in need of getting my vents cleaned out as a result of the dust and debris that had built up during the renovation process. The weather was also starting to get cold so I wanted to make sure my heating system would be working at optimal performance. I contacted Number 1 Cleaners on a Friday afternoon and spoke to the gentleman on the phone, which I believe is the owner. I asked him for a quote and told him what kind of service I was looking for, he gave me all the details and advised me what services (such as dryer vent cleaning or sanitizer) would be extra. I told him I would like to schedule service and would like it as soon as possible, he was able to book me the very next Tuesday at my preferred time of 4pm. Tuesday comes and about 30 minutes before my service is scheduled I get a call from the technician David advising me he is on the way and will be there at about 4pm. David and his assistant arrived shortly there after right on schedule. He goes over the service details with me and does a walk around of the house to look at all the vents. He asked me if I would like the dryer vent cleaning or the sanitizer in addition to the regular vent cleaning. I decided not to select either because I don't think the sanitizer is necessary and my dryer vent was cleaned not too long ago. At no point did David try to up sell me on any service. After our walk around David and his assistant set up their machines and boy are those machines something! One was fixed on the truck to a really big air compressor and the other was placed in the back of the house to a huge suction vacuum machine. I knew right away that the service I had done a year earlier was a total waste of money compared to this service. David and his assistant went through all the blower vents first, cleaned everything out with that very powerful compressor, also using what looked like a rubber brush to get any stuck debris and dust out. After all the blower vents he then cleaned the return vents in the same manner. After that he went downstairs to the basement and cleaned out the vents from below. All in all the service was great, David was polite and knowledgable and I got the sense that he really wanted to make sure my vents were thoroughly cleaned. His attention to detail was very good. You don't get that every day, especially with contractors. I now have a go to company for my vent cleaning needs.

Nice friendly and efficient service. Took about three days to fully dry and the pet urine smell is still there. The previous owners had dogs stain the carpet then my cats decided to mark their territory so the challenge of full scent removal will likely remain.
