They came a day after I called. Showed up on time & got done quickly.

Poorly. No response and had already taken $$. I would like a full refund of my money.

Went very well from start to finish. David went through the process before starting work. Told me cost ahead of time. During process they found mold on one of the units, which they were able to take off, and even took before and after pics for me.

He was on time. very accurate. checked how many vents we had. Let me know the cost of everything before he did it. A very very nice man - David.

Another wonderful job by No. 1 Cleaners! Vinnie and Jeff did a fantastic job on my LR/DR/hallway carpet, sofa, and DR chairs. The job came out better than I had hoped. They restored the carpet and furniture back to near-new! Thanks Vinnie, Jeff, and No. 1! We will be definitely using you for our Family Room furniture and carpet soon!

I made an appointment and they gave me a 2 hour window of when they would show up. They called me prior to arriving and showed up promptly. When they arrived, we counted how many vents I had (19) and he gave me a quote. From there, it took about 2 hours to complete the job. Sanitizing the vents and cleaning the dryer vent were extra, but they were discounted since I was getting the air ducts cleaned. My wife has already noticed a difference in air quality. Overall, I'm happy with the service; I will be using them again in the future.

After another company didn't show, I had taken day off. I called and they were able to accommodate me today saving me time so as not to have to take another day. Great job and I'm happy to use service again.

I live in a condo association, we are required to have our dryer vents cleaned every 3 years, i was a month overdue for my cleaning, we called them on a Wednesday and they came the next day. They did a great job cleaning our dryer vent, they went in from the roof and pulled all the lint onto the roof. The last person that cleaned them did a poor job. No.1 cleaners pulled so much lint out of the vent I don't know how my house never burnt down.. Very thorough and cleaned up everything. They also said they do group rates, if i got more homeowners on my street to have their vents cleaned all on one day, they would reduce the rate.
