Description of Work: Cleaned the ducts in the condo as well as the dryer vent. Everything was done professionally. They were very courteous and clean. They took the time to explain what they were doing and did not hurry the job. They also explained some things that were unknown to use such as our furnace is backwards (due to space issues) and that the dryer vent trap was put on wrong.

Description of Work: The service was performed as advertised. However, they don't tell you all the costs until they see your site. There was an additional charge for cutting holes in our main heating ducts and another charge for cleaning the fan on the blower. They really "trade you up" with additional add ons like Sanitizing. So a job that I thought was going to cost around $350 wound up costing $575. I clearly had the option of no taking the sanitizing or fan cleaning but I had no option on the charge to access our main heating ducts. That should be explained to you when you first contact the service. Also it seems counter productive to clean the ducts and not clean the fan so that service and charge should be explained to you when you first call to set up the service.

Description of Work: I hired Number 1 Cleaners to do a full air duct cleaning on all of my air ducts in my house, I have a total of 19 supply/return ducts. They explained everything from what the service included to how they were going to do everything. They were clean, professional and I would recommend their services to others.
