+ -1 moreWe called and scheduled for someone to come out. They were pretty busy and made an appointment for about a month out. They called to confirm the appointment and came on time. They were professional, did a nice job, cleaned up well after himself, and the price was reasonable. We did not have any problems.
Description of Work: Genna Tile sent one man to grout around the shower and to redo some base grout in our bathroom. He also did some touch-ups on the grout in our secondary bathroom.

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL. THEY OVERCHARGED US. THE FLOOR LOOKS TERRIBLE. WE HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO COME OUT AND FIX THE DAMAGE THAT THEY CAUSED. AND THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE US.
Description of Work: THEY ATTEMPTED TO LAY TILE FLOORING IN THE BATHROOM.
