Description of Work: I called this company and left a voicemail to see if they could do a few different things in reference to my gutters. Don responded immediately the next morning. I told him what I needed to be done. Don explained that his company did not do some of this work I needed. Rather than just get off the phone with me, Don gave me another company's name and phone number that could do the work that I requested. I just wanted to thank him for his immediate reply to my phone call and his helpful suggestion for me to call the other contractor. I definitely would call Don's company again for other services that he supplies. I also would recommend him to my friends if they need work on their homes. Thank you, Don for your courteous response.

Description of Work: Called Don's Gutter Service LLC and left a message stating the work required to be performed, name, address and phone number. I did not receive a phone call back. I called the following day, left the same message again and stated that I would appreciate a phone call back. I received a phone call back approx. 1 hour later stating that they were not taking any new customers and haven't for a long time. It was not a big job, just gutter cleaning and a repair.

He has advised when I needed additional work such as gutter relining last year. I was not aware that gutter relining should be performed at least every 5 years. Don does good work for the price.
