Clear View Window Cleaning

I chose Clear View Window Cleaning because they're the only company I contacted that said "yes" to being able to safely pressure wash painted aluminum siding (using low pressure and soap). For about $600, they offered to pressure wash my home and clean all my windows inside and out. I felt it was a great deal, and I might have been happy with their services had they shown up. They didn't. Twice. Twice, they rescheduled at the last minute. The first time because their pressure washer broke (which begs the question: Shouldn't pressure washing companies have extra pressure washers on hand for emergency situations?). The second time, they offered no reasons. Now, I'm pretty flexible and I'm not the kind of person to leave a bad review because of scheduling issues, but twice I've had to take half a day off to be home, twice I've had to take all window treatments down, twice I've had to move furniture located in front of windows for access, and twice I've had to reschedule siding repair around them. And after several weeks of waiting and rescheduling, I'm back to square one (i.e. looking for a pressure washing company that can pressure wash painted aluminum siding). Not a happy camper.
