Cifelli & Son Paving & Masonry

Cifelli was doing work on my street for the town & were there every day for 2 weeks. They gave me a price on the spot to re-do my driveway, sidewalks and side porch & got started right away. They did a good job on laying the cement, but I had to call them a number of times to get them to come & fill in topsoil & put down grass seed to finish the job. Then I discovered a couple of minor flaws in the cement that had to be corrected. They sent someone out to look at the problem and said they would come on Sat. to fix but never showed & never called. It took multiple phone calls and finally a call to the son (the VP) on his cell to get someone back out to fix. I am still waiting for this to be done & have to call the son to remind him to send someone. Summary - good cement work & good price but communication with the office was such a hassle & I got such a run around to get a few minors things corrected that I wouldn't use them again. Workers were professional, office staff were not. Messages given to office were not relayed so no call back.
