Description of Work: We were working on getting an estimate for appr. $125k - $150k job. Certain items were still being worked out. We were told that revisedestimates would be finished on a Thursday and when my husband called the following Monday to find out what happened he was told by Joe Servidio (the contractor) that he should stay where he was because he was going to come there and kick the sh%t out of him (my husband) and teach him a lesson. He said, "you can talk to your wife and kids like that but not me"! My husband responded to him in complete shock because he had simply said that he was concerned about being promised something by a certain date and not having any phone calls or texts returned for four days. |Thank god this happened before we hired this lunatic. I cannot imagine having to deal with this man once my house was torn apart for construction. |His business partner apologized for him but never heard a word from Joe. Doesn't matter. Would never let anyone from this company near my home.
