Chris was very easy to contact throughout the entire process. Any promises made by him were always kept. He was prompt and courteous, And the prices he quoted for each job he did were exact. All and all working with Bassani contracting was a pleasure. We would use him again, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I asked Chris Bassani to quote on the work but ultimately decided to hold off on the project. Chris was very professional both on the phone and in person and was prompt. He spent ample time to understand what I wanted while at my property. If I decide to do the work I will definitely consider Chris.

I thought that the estimate was good and the price was fair. They were responsive and punctual. They were timely, courteous and professional and they followed up well. We did not get the job done because we felt that we should spend our money on other things at the moment.

Excellent work

They are good across the board. I think their price quotes are good. The customer service is good; the owner is responsive to phone calls. The quality of the work is also very good.

Chris was thoroughly professional, both in appearance and approach. He showed up on time for his survey of the site to provide the estimate. He was quick to return a written estimate capturing everything I had asked for close to the budget I had provided. He was there working with the team throughout the project and was aware of the neighbors and took steps to be as unobtrusive as possible. He provided recommendations in design which definitely added to the look of the project. Overall I was extremely pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone doing driveway/masonry work and willing to pay for quality and pride in a job well done.

The price was exceptionally good but the clean up was not as good as it was supposed to be. I wasn?t satisfied about the clean up but they did a good job.

Never called me back, went to another contractor

Bassani Contracting was great because they arranged all the proper paper work for me. He was very accurate in his estimates and he also gave me different options to chose from so that I could get the best price for the product.

Mr. Bassani (the owner) was very easy to communicate and deal with and was on site himself most of the time. The work was done in good time and the site was cleaned up. Except for one misunderstanding, which was remedied quickly, everything went well and looks very good.

It went really well. I got a couple quotes. They were quick in getting back to me with the quote and were the cheapest as well. They completed the job in the time estimated. I thought the quality of the work was really good.

Chris came promptly to give us a written estimate. He told us he would be able to start the job within 2 weeks. The work he and his men did was very neat and professional. We are very happy with the quality of the job, and when a small problem arose, Chris came back the day after my call to assess it and fix it.

Finally called back and was supposed to call today to set a time to meet this afternoon but has not called yet and I canceled all my plans today for him to come out.

Chris Bassani is a wonderful contractor to deal with. He returned our calls prompty and showed up at the job when promised. He even returned one of our phonecalls while on vacation. He is very professional and informative which helped us make decisions on what needed to be done. He even drove past the house the evening the concrete was first done because there were heavy rains and he wanted to check on the work. Even his workers were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Bassani Contracting for concrete or asphalt work.
