Description of Work: Cleaned flu. Overall service was great. Thought they were going to fix loose bricks at crown but only told us they were loose. The chimney inspector also noted the flu was not thoroughly cleaned as there were spots with significant soot still present. Overall they did what they were hired to do and sweep the chimney.

Description of Work: They were running earlier but called to ask if it would be ok and I was glad so I could get other things done later. They installed a new chimney cap and it looks like good quality. They also took pictures up close of the results so I could see it as I couldn't go on the roof. That was thoughtful.

Description of Work: Everything great except they did not reattach hose in attic properly. A few weeks after the dryer vent cleaning we went up in attic to check for water and discovered that the dryer vent hose had not been reconnected properly and the vent was spewing lint all over the attic!
