Description of Work: I purchased the "Level II Video Chimney Inspection" on Angie's list for $329. Scheduled the inspection for 6/11/15. | |The deal specified "Video scan of entire interior of flue system using the Chim Scan 360 degree color, full control, LED lighting system... A narrated DVD by this technician will be left with client once video inspection is completed". | |No video was recorded during the inspection and I never received a DVD. The service provider promised he will send me some pictures he took, but I never got those either. | |Although the service provided came on time and was friendly, he spent more time on trying to sell additional services (not the first time this is happening with deals purchased on Angie's list). | |I will not use this service provider again and I don't recommend using them, at least not for an inspection service.

We did reach out to this client, unfortunately we're not sure what transpired at the time of the inspection resulting in the client not receiving a copy of the scan but we did offer to return to rescan the chimney at no charge. We hope this client does contact us to give us the opportunity to do that.

Description of Work: The chimney cleaners were very professional and very friendly. They swept out the chimney and inspected it. The only problem that I had was that they were scheduled to show up between 11AM and 2PM and they didn't show up until 3PM. Otherwise they were very good!
