Description of Work: They took awhile to set up appointment, but when they did they showed up on time, worked cleanly and quickly with a VERY dirty fireplace. I think they were solid and reliable, quick and courteous.

Description of Work: The experience with Flue Tech was great. The appointment was easy to book and the service techs were actually early which is much appreciated. They explained exactly the work they were going to perform and did the job quickly and cleanly. It isn't a clean job, but they managed to do it without any kind of mess at all. No dirt tracked in the house, area rugs and décor moved back exactly where it was, no damage to landscaping from ladders to access the chimney on roof. Great experience

Description of Work: Installed a small pellet stove which I purchased from them. Very friendly, knowledgeable, answered a lot of my questions. Office support was ok, although they forgot to return a couple of my calls. They also have yet to supply my town city hall with documentation that the project was completed according to city code. Aside from these two administrative complaints , they were very friendly and professional.
