Great job. On time and completed quickly and professionally.

Technician was very professional arrived on time, got the job done quickly and gave us a great explanation of the condition of the chimney and how to care for it.

They did a very clean job, laying down tarp around the work area. Once they were done, they vacuumed the space around the fireplace to collect any debris. The technician informed me of some cracks that were beginning to develop on hearth and provided an estimate for replacement which was appreciated. He wasn't pushy at all, just informing me of my options and said that I would be fine getting another season out of it. I definitely appreciate their honesty. At this point I'm more inclined to replace the whole unit with an EPA certified gas system, but I'd definitely look to them in the future for maintenance.

okay. Rep did not know why he was there but after knocking heads for a few seconds we were able to speak the same language and services were performed; however, communcation with office was seamless.

The tech was amazing! Did a great job on the fireplace. Also took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my fireplace and how to safely and correctly use it. Explained benefits of additional services with out being pushy.

They were very professional and provided a good explanation of the work that they were doing and other services that could help me as a homeowner.

Mike, John and Rob completed the work efficiently and were very thorough in explaining the procedures involved and the warranties provided.

Initially there was an error with scheduling, and I was under tight deadline due to the sale of my home. The company acknowledged their mistake and really jumped into action to correct the situation as best that they could. In an age where no one takes responsibility for their actions, I sincerely appreciate the effort that was made and responsiveness. They could easily have said "oh well, not my problem." When service did take place, it was on time, professional, and economical. I highly recommend this company and applaud their commitment to the customer.

They said it wasn't repairable. It's old and they could not find the parts to continue. They wanted to basically take it out and put in a new one. It was a lot of money. I haven't asked them yet to do the work.

Found cracks in one flue but couldn't help with leak in between chimney and roof.

We first retained them for a cleaning via and Angie's deal, and they did the cleaning well and reconnected the old hoses - a temporary but workable fix. Then when we called them back to entirely replace the old hoses, they credited our initial payment against the new cost.

They did a great job and made suggestions for improvement.
