Easy to schedule. They confirmed the appointment and came on time. Nick and his associate were great - used shoe coverings and tarps, and were very careful. They were professional and thorough. Would recommend and hire again!

The owner and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time and performed the job within minutes with minor disruption. The dryer vent was loaded with lint, which is a known fire risk. We were advised to have the vent cleaned at least every two years and we will definitely follow that advice. I will definitely contact them again for my flu/vent cleaning needs.

They arrived a few minutes earlier than expected (calling to let me know). They were lovely, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely work with them again!

It went fine. I would recommend them. I don't have much to compare it with but they were on-time, polite, and did what they needed to do. What I did appreciate is that they had no excuses. The other chimney sweepers I had called said that removing the bird wasn't in their job description.

The initial visit for cleaning went well. The next day, coincidentally, the flue would no longer open or close. We made an appointment for the company to come back out. They came out the following week but we unable to fix the problem and told us we would need replacement parts around $150 and they would have to locate the parts and would get back to us. Several weeks went by and we did not hear anything. We called them back and set up an appointment which they were unable to keep. We had to call them again to reschedule, again they did not show up after we waited at home all afternoon.

It did not go well. They gave us a time that they were going to be here in the morning and they did not get here until 6 pm. They gave us recommendations of other work that needed to be done. I do not know about the quality of their work and they were totally undependable. I would not use them again.

They did a great job installing the cap. Of course they wanted to sell other services and repairs however they prices were fair. I will use them soon to get some brick work repointed. They guys were nice and very polite. Can not complain about them

Jay with Flue Tech arrived on time, was clean, very professional and friendly. In addition to the chimney cleaning, he also wrote down detailed estimates of other recommended work which was helpful. After seeing other chimney cleaning deals, what I paid seems much pricier, but I have no complaints about the actual service. I would consider using them for other projects.

With each they gave helpful recommendations and estimates to insure our safety. One of the units already had recommended work done of re-bricking floor of fireplace and were happy with price and service. Other recommendations will be done when more money available. We will use them for our annual cleaning, we use fireplaces heavily during the season.

The two-man crew arrived on time, presented themselves in a professional manner, performed all the work we had agreed to have completed and did so in a timely manner. They were through, neat, and not looking to pad the bill - which I really appreciated. They showed me the pile of ashes that came out of my chimney, educated me to the fact that a pre-fab fireplace requires very little maintenance compared to a stone fireplace, and did not make any mess whatsoever. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Very professional operation.

They called the day of the appointment and said they were backed up and would need to reschedule. I have not heard from them since.

They did a fine job. They even put a cap on my chimney. They did a really nice job. I was happy with them.

Matt was kind enough to squeeze me in for an estimate during a very busy time. Then he called me before my appointment to tell me that he had an opening and wanted to see if I had availability. I jumped at the chance to get the work done sooner than it was originally scheduled. Mike arrived on time and did great work. He got everything done that I asked and when he found new issues, he took pictures on the roof to show me what had to be done and then took pictures to show me the work afterwards. He was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company not only for their great work, but for their professionalism and their ability to accommodate their customers.

I didn’t know how I was going to be contacted. Once I did connect with them they came out promptly. They were neat, courteous and cleaned up well after themselves. They were very quick with the cleaning and wore booties so no dirt was tracked in my home.

Everything went well. Arrived on time, no mess and very friendly!

The serviceman pointed out work that needs to be done but was not pushy, which I respected. He took good care to make sure nothing got soiled or damaged and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Very well - on time, polite & knew what they were doing. As important, there was no sales pitch for further (unnecessary) work.

It went very well. Mike explained to me what needed to be done after he examined the furnace flue and he answered all my questions clearly and patiently. After he finished cleaning the furnace flue and removing a blockage, we discussed putting chimney caps with animal guards on the chimney outside. I ordered the chimney caps and Mike returned a few weeks later to install them. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable, and the office person was helpful and pleasant in arranging appointments and ordering the chimney caps.

I was disappointed that they arrived just after 2:30 PM because the appointment was for some time between 11 and 2. I do understand that some jobs take longer and they did call to let me know they would arrive after 2:00.

Very well. Professional and on-time and good value. They recommended I get a sealed treatment on the inside or outside so that water doesn't get in. Not sure if this is really needed or not, so decided to think about it more.

Although the company did the chimney cleaning work efficiently, we were concerned when they noted damage to our chimney outside. The company said that it would be a very extensive repair job, and quite expensive. We got a second opinion, and had the work performed my another provider, at much less cost.

They were priced well. They did what they had to do to get the job complete.

Chimney cleaning was fine but felt like I was being upsold on services that aren't needed. That said, I'm not an expert so it could be that we really do need the services, but at the moment we decided to go without them as I didn't fully understand why there is an issue. Mentioned that one flue is broken, but with some jiggling after the fact I was able to fix it. Don't understand why he couldn't have done that himself.
