They arrived on time, unpacked their tools, and did the job of cleaning the fireplace and the chimney. They made no mess at all. Packed up their tools and cleaned up their tarp, which they placed on the floor to prevent soot and dirt from getting on our floor. It all was over so quickly (30 minutes) that I was amazed. I plan to use them again next year and take advantage of the discount we received through Angie's List.

They were very nice and I would consider using them in the future, but I needed an appointment as soon as possible and they were unable to schedule me when I needed.

They did a good job and inspected the chimney with a camera. They recommended work but the estimate was very high so I haven't moved forward with additional work at this point. I give them a B overall because of the high estimate for additional work.

Went very well. Professional chimeny cleaning crew, took their time and made sure all the soot and underlying dust is removed and. Also Inspected the inside and outside of the chimney for possible issues. Documented visible issues and recommended the necessary repairs as well as provided quotes for those repairs.

The workman was on time, thorough and professional. We will certainly use them again.

They were prompt, thorough and professional. They even helped us fix a problem with a chimney that was unrelated to the cleaning. Highly recommended.

Two men cleaned our gas fireplace. One was very experienced, and was teaching the other. They were super careful with the glass and laying the logs back just right. Great attention to detail. The glass was cleaned perfectly and all parts were vacuumed. They tested the fireplace switch once everyone was put back together, and the fireplace would not ignite. Finally they identified an ignition wire that had moved and placed it appropriately. All was well when they left.

Once they got here they were professional and courteous. They went wanted to know where was the furnace or the fireplace was and went right to work. I told them if they needed me for anything just yell and went upstairs. I sat down for maybe 20 min and went to checkup on them and they were finished and already packing up. I said that was fast and the tech said yeah we use a thing called the viper and that its quick and they already finished and cleaned it out and bagged it up. We went outside to the front of the house and I was given the receipt and we said our goodbyes and they gone.

We were extremely pleased with the fact that they were a local company. The estimate was much better than another company and we felt that Jay was very realistic on what work was needed for our chimney. The team that arrived at my house was friendly, professional and extremely courteous. They first discussed everything that they were going to do and then kept me posted throughout the day. I was very happy that Jay stopped by (who had done the estimate) and checked in to make sure everything was ok. They did such a good job rebuilding our chimney and brought 3 different types of brick to make sure that it matched as closely as possible. The team was also very clean...the washed down our deck outside and cleaned up any debris-you couldn't even tell we had any work done. We will definately use them again in the future.

Purchased deal for Gas Log Fireplace Tune-Up, Cleaning and Inspection to have them check my gas log fire place. Deal lists following items: - Inspect the fireplace for safe operation - Thoroughly clean all major parts such as the burner system, fire box, gas logs, pilot assembly, thermocouples , burner pan, glass (if applicable), etc. - Re-install existing logs in correct position - Check outside vent for obstruction - No-mess guarantee I purchased the deal because I wanted to make sure the gas fire place is still safe to operate. All they do is however to light fireplace to see if it lights up and clean cheminee from inside which is not really necessary for a gas fireplace.. No tune up, no detailed inspection of parts for safe operation, and no cleaning of major parts etc When I asked I was told that I would have to call a plumber to check safety of gas installation... However, the no mess guarantee worked and the guys were courteous.

Everything went great. Mike showed up right on time, explained the situation precisely and carried out the work in short order. I would definitely use them again.

Initially called and spoke with a very nasty customer service representative. I called back a second time, to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I did I spoke with a gentleman named Matt and he rescheduled me for an appointment in the week.I explained to him the instance that happened with the customer service representative and he assured me that it is not their custom, and they value their clients.The day of the appointment came and went and no response from this company. I will never try them again, as they should have had the courtesy to call me back if they were not going to come.

Very knowledgeable team, very helpful in providing information when asked about the possibility of future services. Appointment time was 12-3 pm. No one was there by 4 pm and no word. Once I called and she paged the workers, they came.

The technicians were reliable, punctual, and did a great job. We got an estimate from a separate company, which was much higher.

Overall it went well. They came, gave me an estimate, but the day the work was to be done they cancelled. It took them weeks to reschedule. Each time they called afterwards, it conflicted with our schedule. They were patient and finally we were able to get the job done. The technician was professional and courteous. He answered my questions and was very helpful.

Nick was incredibly professional and patient as I asked him tons of questions-we just purchased this home and didn't know too much about operating the wood stove. He was thorough and had a lot of information to give me. They were on time, professional and I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be using them every year. There were two guys that came out. They were here for 45 minutes to an hour. They were very good about confirming the appointment. They were delayed and they called to tell us that. They were here within a minute of when they said they'd be.

Excellent job! Office staff, brother of owner is pleasant but bit opinionated and condescending. When the owner comes out, he is very however knowledgeable, honest, personable and does good work.
