Very responsive and courteous. Answered all questions quickly and thoroughly.

Excellent communication re: scheduling and appointment time. Also received an email reminder. The technician was very professional. He was able to do both chimneys and also had the correct part on hand to install a smoke barrier so that our white fireplace would not continue to get dirty. We were very happy.

The technician made numerous recommendations for future services that would be needed to fix outstanding maintenance issues. He outlined what were immediate safety concerns (flue not opening correctly, smoke box cement deteriorating and falling into the firebox) and what would need to be done to prevent future problems (resealing the crown, replacing flashing, etc). He took the time to show me what the issues were and took the time to explain why they should be addressed. I did not immediately schedule the work, but the prices were reasonable and will be scheduling in the near future so that we can actually use the fireplace safely.

Service was cheaper than the other company we've used the past, Village Chimney Sweep. Probably half price. Clearly, they are were trying to upsell additional work, but I was happy to deal with 5-minute sales pitch to save me $120.

Overall, a good experience. Very efficient, clean and respectful. Unfortunately, the service was delayed by a few hours but, to their credit, they called several times to update me on the ETA

Went well. Cleaned the chimney and advised me of chimney work that needed to be done.

They did try diligently to sell us other services for additional cost, but this was not unexpected.

Very responsive. Excellent service, they called to ask if we could change the appointment time which was fine with us. Very professional service, clean, and efficient. Naturally they found flaws in the chimney and provided an estimate to repair, which we will consider.

They can't give me an appointment for at least a month. I need the work done sooner.

They were very clean and used a new tarp indoors near the fireplace to keep carpeting clean. They left no residue anywhere on carpet. They arrived 10 min early and plenty of communication prior to arrival. All in all, very well done.

Workers were very nice and cleaned the chimney in our newly purchased house, although (through no fault of their own) it turns out that we did not really need much of a cleaning since it had been done recently by the previous owner.

They came out the and cleaned one out of two, I am not satisfied because I thought both would be covered under the contract, but only one was completed.

I was trying to get the chimney cleaning finished before Christmas and they unfortuantely don't have any openings until the second week of January. They advised me to contact Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase, which I have done.

Mike was professional, knowledgable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I wasn't rushed nor was I pushed to buy additional services. They did an good job, didn't leave a mess and were respectful. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Initial appointment included inspection and detailed description of work to be done. Questions clearly answered. Workers came on time and job went smoothly.

It was okay. The cleaner was nice. He got the job done in less than one hour and the scheduling was fine.

I would have used them; it was just a timing issue.
