Mike and Dillon were beyond professional, courteous, friendly, and super prompt and efficient. The office staff were professional and courteous each time I spoke to them. They gave a window of when the work would be performed and called me back a few times to narrow it down so I wasn't stuck sitting around waiting for them and they came right on time. Based on their work ethic and professionalism I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for my dryer vent cleanings in the future.

As always, the FlueTech technicians arrived in time and worked very professionally. They cleaned the fireplace and the flue thoroughly with professional equipment. No problems, no issues, no complaints. We plan to work with them again and recommend them to friends.

They guy that came was such a gentleman. He was thorough, courteous, came in the house with booties on, and meticulous. He had to remove the glass doors to my fireplace to gain access for vacuuming and then he had to go on the roof and do an inspection with a camera down the chimney shoot. And then he takes a picture of it with his Smartphone and emails it to me and honestly states to me that it looked amazing, and that my chimney is clear of Creosote, that is rare to find. He was upfront and honest. He could have told me it wasn’t clear and would need another $100 to clean all the Creosote and I wouldn’t have known because I can’t look up there but he took a Smartphone picture of it and sent it to me. He was professional and a very careful because the glass doors were a little bit unstable, I warned about it and he was extremely careful. He laid out a large collecting, huge, plastic shield on the floor so no soothe would damage any furniture or rugs. He very tediously worked and vacuumed everything and he went the call of duty, he even removed my firewood that was in there, which I didn’t know he had to do that and he carefully put everything back in place I was so happy. He gave me the finest of service. The price was right because Angie’s List got me a great service. I complained that I might have a leak and he went up there looked it over and was honest enough to tell me that it would be good to hire a handyman just to put a little tarring around that and you will be fine versus we will charge you another $300 for masonry work. He was saving me money. He gave me his expertise advice on future repairs I needed.

It was fine. I wasn't here when they did the job but my was son was here and everything went well. I didn't like was they try to sell me something else.

We used them two years ago because of the Angie's list recommendation. We called them back this year because of their level of service and professionalism.

It was fine. They just came and did what they did.

They came to give us an estimate and were supposed to submit a permit request to our township in order to do the work. After which time it was my understanding that the work would be started and completed quickly. It appears that they never sent the permit request based on the fact that the township does not have it, which is delaying the process.

I found Flue Tech Inc. on Angie's List with good reviews. I called to get information for a chimney inspection. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful with an agreeable appointment and pricing. Mike was right on schedule, running a little late but called and that worked out great. The chimney inspection and cleaning went well. The technicians were on time and the work was done promptly. An estimate of the work needed was given at the time for a new chimney stainless steel liner and deposit paid. The liner was done on January 19th and again the technicians were on time and the work was completed promptly. I had concerns about a noise I was hearing after the work coming from the pipe leading from the boiler to the flue, but it was resolved with another visit. The staff who answers the phone and handles calls was courteous and professional at all times. I am satisfied with my experience with the company, their final work and response to my concern. I would use their services again in the future and recommend them to others.

They came and did what they were supposed to do. They did a good job.

It went well. I had no complaints. They found a whole list of problems. They snaked a camera up the fireplace to find the problems, and were at my home for about 4 hours.

It was pretty good. We like them. They charged us extra on top of the big deal but it was the same price.They were very professional. The had the area cleaned up. They made sure that none of my carpet, rugs or anything got dirty from the chimney cleaning. The scheduling was a little bit difficult but other than that the service was great. I think the price is reasonable. It might also have to do with they said that they did not get any phone number. Theur only communication was through the Angie's List account. It took us a couple of back and forth. I couldn't get the service done when I wanted. I had to wait longer.

Two individuals came. One inspected, one cleaned. They stated that they should have charged me twice because I actually had two fireplaces, even though it is one chimney (it is after all a charge for a CHIMNEY cleaning). My chimney was actually very clean and they maybe spent 5 minutes in each fireplace. In any case they did not double the charge, but tried to convince me that I needed a $1400.00 repair on the flue coming from the furnace stating that there was the chance that carbon monoxide could be seeping into the house. I have since purchased carbon monoxide detectors and have had no issues and therefore will not do the repair. Overall I think they are more about trying to sell additional service.

It went very well. I must say that Mike DeCarlo was exceptionally courteous and professional. His partner was also very professional and they left everything spotless. I would definitely use this service again.

The two servicemen were personable and neat. The office called and they were able to come early which worked out great. I would highly recommend this company. thee chimney cap was cemented on and its guaranteed for life.

My husband called Flue Tech to arrange for a flue cleaning. I saw how highly rated they were. When the Flue Tech rep. came, he said that he was there for an estimate on a chimney liner. My husband told him, no, that he was supposed to clean the chimney flue. The rep said that he wasn't there for that and we can call and make an appt. for a cleaning, but that wouldn't be for about 3 weeks. As stated above, he did look up the flue with a flashlight. My husband was not impressed, and we will call another for the cleaning. Even if we do need more done to it, the rep. wasn't very apologetic, even if it was a misunderstanding. They did come between the hours they gave us.

Service was great after we set a date to do the work. We took advantage of the special $99 offer back in October. I called the contractor and they failed to return my call. Two months passed and I recalled them, made the appointment and the work was done yesterday. Great job by two service men.

they did a great job. My only complaint is that when I called, I was told that cleaning out the ash pit was included in the price but the tech said it was not included once he was at my house. Not a big deal, especially since the pit wasn't full enough to really need cleaning, but inconsistent.
