I was pleased when they showed up three hours early. They were pleasant, efficient and did a great cleaning job. I invited them to make me an offer on doing some additional work I knew I needed, since the chimney cracking in several places. The price was better than I hoped for. They showed me exactly what they would do to restore the structure. They came back another time to do the chimney repair and I had the same great experience. I inspected the work and paid exactly what they quoted. There were no overcharges or extras. I will definitely call them for my next cleaning.

The company was on time friendly and professional.

We appreciated him telling us what we needed but I didn't like the price quote he gave us for that work and for extra work. Nothing more to say.

Guys were very nice ad informative, explaining everything chimney related to us. The even took a video of the inside of the chimney so we could see exactly what they were talking about. We will for sure use them when it comes time to repair some of the cracks and holes.

The chimney cap installed was nothing like what was advertised. I believe this was a bait and switch. In fact, I've since discovered that Flue Tech replaced the existing chimney cap with what is called a "flue cap." The flue cap is about 1/4 the size of the chiimney cap and is round rather than square, therefore it looks cheap and does not match the other chimney cap. Now I will have to find someone else to replace both, so I lose $165. Further, the installation was not done properly because the old chimney cap was not removed, possibly allowing for build up of snow that could impede the chimney functioning. Flue Tech did voluntarily return and remove the old chimney cap.

They showed up right on time, and were very quick and thorough in their service. They did not leave any mess, and were extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They are arrived on time, set up so that the soot did not get everywhere, cleaned the chimney, provided advice on the fireplace set up (gas log placement etc) and did the job fast. The only issue I had was that the soot did end up on our cream colored rug :( because it came in on the bottom of the tarp that they placed. Overall - I am satisfied and would use them again.

They were very good. There was a delay in them communicating with me in providing the service. However, when they provided the service they did an excellent job.

Regular fireplace was cleaned to perfection. Wood burning stove had a nasty clog caused by squirrel nesting over decades of disuse by previous home owner. They cleaned it out and we have been able to experience a warm great room due to the wood burning stove. Thanks!

I tried to make an appointment but they never responded

The two men who came out were very knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

They were accommodating with my scheduling and they arrived on time. They completed the job in about forty-five minutes. There were no additional costs. They were very professional. They covered their shoes when they came into my house. Overall, my experience with them went well.

I was given a 2 hour window when the appointment was made, between the hours of 3 pm and 5 pm. At about three thirty the office called and told me the crew would be here closer to about 4:30 and she would call me again when they were a few minutes from the house. They arrived close to 5pm and got right to work. It probably took about a half hour to complete the job. The dryer is now clean and the hose which had fallen off was reconnected.

They arrived on time and fixed the problem. Have been very happy with them both times I have had them at the house.

This was an Angies list special. Cost was appealing compared to other companies. Due to the promotion we were given an appointment 4 weeks out (busy time of the year for them). Not a problem for us. The service was great. They came in did the job and left. The only challenge was punctuality. They called to let us know but it was not ideal since we lost the day waiting. We had an issue with our chimney after the visit. We thought it was related to the cleaning. We called and they responded immediately. They explained that the issue we had was not related to their visit. And at the end of the day it was not an issue at all. They came and took a look at the problem. They explained what was happening and provided a solution to us free of charge. They were again professional and courteous. We were very happy to have the 2nd visit as they also explained the other services they will provide for us in the future (Vent cleaning). Overall we were very happy with the service and will use them in the future.

Overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Appt. was scheduled on line and I was kept informed by timely reminder emails of the appt. I received several calls during the day to advise me of the progress toward my appointment. The technician, Jay, was prompt, professional and friendly. He put a tarp down to protect the floor and did a great job with no mess or inconvenience. Will definitely use them again next year.

They did a gas log fireplace tune-uo and inspection. They arrived at the scheduled time and got to work. They were efficient and cleaned up at the end of the job.

They said in the advertisement that they serviced my area, and they are 25 minutes at the most away from me. The first time they contacted me, they told me they do not come to my area.

No problems , very happy with service !

Technician was very professional and explained what he was doing. We had recently moved so was more precautionary - he advised vent wasn't clogged and didn't try to upsell anything. Did ask for quote to repair cracked vent cover outside home but went with a cheaper alternative for that work.

Service was great. Person was very friendly and clean. Chimney cleaning can be very dirty. Only negative was that I had to wait almost a month for an appointment from the date of first contact

the clean the fireplace ok but never went in the basement to vacuum.

Mike / Dalton arrived ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise. They were polite and professional and cleaned when they were finished. They were also careful about cleaning their shoes before entering my home which I always appreciate.
