There was so much work to do to get my new/old fireplace and chimney ready for the winter. Mike and Doug were prompt, efficient, neat workers, and all around professionals. This is a very messy job in many ways but they did not make a mess at all--to the point that when they left--it was like they had never been here. Considering all of the work they did, this is a major compliment. I look forward to using Flue Tech for regular annual maintenance to keep my chimney and fireplace safe and in top working order. Highly recommend.

The Flue Tech servicemen were punctual and friendly. The looked at our chimneys and provided a list of services to keep our chimneys well maintained. They cleaned out our living room chimney which was emanating a smell from all the gunk that had accumulated.

the dryer vent was a mess and the technicians did a great job getting it fixed. They also examined the chimney, made some small repairs, and gave an estimate on the larger work I needed done. I really appreciated how hard they worked and their attitude and advice when it was all done.

Steve and Dillon were great! On time and absolutely knew what they were doing. Steve was the more experienced and a good guy. Would absolutely recommend.

They did very good. They offered to do the repairs to the firebrick, but I did it myself. They told me to just go online and get the parts myself; it was a lot cheaper.

Great job! It's the second time we have used this company. Last year they cleaned out our fireplace and this year the dryer vents. Both times they have been great! Will do business with them in the future.

Provider did an excellent job of cleaning my fireplace and chimney. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a clean chimney and I will use them again to replace the bricks in my fireplace.

The technicians went above and beyond to ensure our vent was cleared of any debris. They took the time to repair the vent connection which had become dislodged. They were on time, courteous, and very professional.

2 men came & everything was done within a 1/2 hr. Showed on drawing where I had cracks & advised I needed chimney caps for both the fireplace & furnace flues. Gave pricing of each. 1 man came & put chimney caps on within a half hour. Look good.

they were running behind, but their office kept me apprised as to timing, which I appreciated. we had never had our chimneys swept before and I didn't know what to expect relating to debris. they assured me immediately that everything would be vacuumed and swept. they went to roof to inspect as well. we have 2 chimneys back to back. was prepared to pay for second chimney sweeping, but was told that it had never been used and that I would not be charged. emailed recommendations for issues found during inspection. we will definitely use them again, and highly recommend. truly professional and honest.

They came to clean chimney. We professional and clean working. Inspected exteriror. I paid extra to caulk flashing. There was no pressure to do any extras. I also had them waterproof brick work. Appreciate no pressure to do extras.

Jay and his team were great. All options in multiple price ranges were presented, both for the unit itself and the ventilation. They were knowledgeable, efficient and had zero "creep factor." As a stay-at-home mom, I am wary of having workmen in the home. These guys were incredibly professional.
