Techs never responded to questions during the process nor did they go over the work that was done. It was uncomfortable to have them in our house. After we contacted the owner “Frank” about the experience he informed us his brother in law was on the job and he didn’t need to listen to anymore from us. Waited the 12 hours as asked then called 3 times today and NO CALL BACK. I have no AC and I'm not about to buy another unit when this one started failing @ 8 years old. I was patient, now I'm going to make sure everyone I know is aware of my experience with this company. This company is not like it used to be."
