Highly disappointed in the service we received this morning from Adam. He seemed friendly on the phone but did nothing but complain once he came to look at my washer. He broke clips off the back of it and refused to fix the problem. Had the parts right next to him to fix it so that wasn't the issue. He literally said to my husband and I that he "didn't have the time to fix it" and would be back in a week to try. When I told him I wasn't waiting another week he offered to sell us the part so we could "do it ourselves". First of all how do you not have time if it's your job and we'd be paying for you to fix it? He just had a real ****** attitude about the whole situation, got up, said "good luck" and walked out the door. This company will never be welcome in my home again and will not be getting any recommendations from my family.

Quick and easy

I was very happy with the service all around. Not only did he arrive when he said he would be also have the part in stock on this van but he was friendly while be very professional. I would not hestitate in calling him back in the future.

Jerry came out and assessed the problem right away. He had the parts for the repair in his truck. We were back to using the oven! Jerry is one of the best ... there aren't enough service providers as professional and fair as this man. Thanks Jerry!

Jerry was able to diagnose problem with our washing machine, over the phone. Jerry showed up as arranged, with the correct parts, repaired the machine (at an honest price) in no-time and cleaned up the work area. I would definitely use Jerry's Appliance Service again and would recommend it to anyone.

I have used Jerry many times. He is ALWAYS great. He is exceptionally knowledgeable. He has always been able to tell me what is wrong on the phone and thus always has had the parts when he arrives. He is ex-Navy and understands electroics better than any service repair person (including people from the manufacturer)

He was very quick, prompt, and fair in price. I called him up that night and he came out that night to work on it that night.
