We hired them for a deep cleaning at our summer home. The crew did an exceptional job. Arrived on time and went right to work. Everything they say will be done was done superbly.

Great team!!!! did a great job!!!!

I have had 3 bad experiences with this company. The first being the cleaning team left bleach stains on my kitchen countertop that did not come off. I asked the owner to look into it and get back to me but he never did. So, I gave another chance and a few months ago they spilled bleach on my hallway carpet. The owner agreed to pay for the damage and I had to replace carpet with hardwood since original carpet was discontinued. Again, I gave them another chance for to continue the service, and just 2 weeks ago they spilled bleach again but this time on my master bedroom carpet! I immediately called Luis, the owner and he did not pickup the phone so I left a voicemail. Then I sent him a text with the pictures. He admitted via text it was his teams fault and he said to let him know the cost of repairs and he would mail me a check. I sent him an estimate with text messages to follow up plus phone calls and he has NOT ACKNOWLEDGED any of them! I will now have to contact an attorney to handle this. Luis certainly is not a decent business owner. It has been 2 weeks since the 3rd incident took place with no return calls and no payment for damages. I would never recommend their services to anyone.

The owner, Luis is a pleasure to work with and his cleaning team is top notch. They are ontime and do a great job every time. I highly recommend them for any cleaning jobs you may have.

Good Work

I have been working with Luis and his team over the last 2 years and it has been a great experience . The girls from the cleaning team are always  prompt, friendly ,and hard working." They do a wonderful job . Luis the owner is also great in prompt communication , flexibility and excellent customer service. 

A team of 3 arrived punctually as scheduled. The did a deep clean of my townhouse, it was impressively clean when they left! Very satisfied.

The crew was timely in Avalon (arrived at 8 am), very efficient, and did a GREAT job. I would highly recommend CareClean!
