They cleaned everything except refrigerator. They dusted everything and even arranged my cluttered tops of furniture!!! House smelled clean. It was like a new place! All three girls worked non stop. Very professional!

The work was done satisfactorily. The ladies were pleasant and efficient. I have used this company in the past; and have been very happy. Also, when I had an emergency with relatives coming from out of state for a funeral, Mr. Tascon was so accommodating. He had a crew come over right away without waiting.

The crew was running a little late and arrived around 11am instead of the scheduled 10:30am, which is fine considering I was the second stop on their list today, and consisted of three people as advertised. After a brief tour of the house, the details of what I wanted, and a request that they start in the living room/kitchen area first, the crew got right to work I didn't stay to witness things because I had to run errands. I left and returned two hours later to find they were close to finished and the place looked and smelled amazing. The first thing I noticed was that they did a very thorough cleaning of all the upholstery, which looked as close to new as I've seen it look since we purchased it. All the floors were well cleaned, and the half-bath off the living room was spotless. The kitchen was also very well cleaned and it looked as though they even wiped down our tea kettle. The stairs throughout the house were also done very well. As they finished, one woman asked me to follow behind and inspect their work, all of which was completed above my expectations. They even cleaned the shower heads without me having to ask, which no other cleaning service I have used has ever done - even WITH asking. The prize winner was a small bedroom we had that used to house a group of ferrets that were family pets. We let them play outside the cage and they all but destroyed the room. I had little hope of being able to get the room clean to the point where it could effectively be used again. The crew saved that room for last and did an amazing job. It far exceeded anything I could have hoped for in the three hours they were here. The only problem was that the Angie's List 10% discount was not applied even though over the phone I was told that it would be honored. I'm not sure if the crew was informed of the discount because I was charged the price as originally quoted at $70/hr instead of the $63/hr that should have been charged after the discount was applied - resulting in roughly a $22 overcharge after taxes. I'm going to assume this was just a minor lack of communication somewhere along the line. There were a few hiccups with regards to confirming the scheduled work and arrival time but Luis was very professional and apologized for the inconvenience and was punctual in returning my call. I wasn't going to dispute the lack of a discount with the cleaning crew because I don't feel that's their responsibility, especially since they performed their work excellently. Even with a few little bumps in the road, Luis and his crew were extremely professional the entire time and all the work exceeded expectations. I am extremely pleased and will be contacting CareClean the next time I am in need of cleaning services. UPDATE: Luis called me to apologize for the oversight regarding the discount and put a credit on my account to be applied to a future cleaning. Again, I'm extremely pleased by the professionalism displayed by Luis and his company.

They did an ok job. It's possible they underestimated just how dusty my place was and how long it would take. I am discovering a few missed spots like the light fixtures in the bathroom, etc. They were on time and told the day before exactly when they would be arriving. The price was exactly as quoted. This was my first time using a cleaning service so I have nothing to compare them to, but I would say they did a good job overall. I would have no problem using them again in the future.

Vacuumed, dusted, cleaned ceiling fan, washed curtains, cleaned baseboards, wash bed linens, made beds, spotlessly cleaned bathroom. Price was within reason.

While we were initially impressed with Luis and his professionalism, we never did meet his crew and after only 1 month of service became extremely disappointed with this service. We received a call from a renter (repeat renter who has always been very respectful of our condo) who informed us that our VERY EXPENSIVE wooden futon had been severely damaged, and apparently whoever damaged it, tried to repair it with some kind of glue that only made it look worse. I should mention that this damage was TOTALLY VISIBLE from the front door, and stood out even more should someone have been cleaning /vaccuming around it. In addition, this renter who had just checked in, told us there was a large "fist" hole in one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor which looked as if someone had punched a hole in the wall . . . also, completely visible to anyone who had been there cleaning . . . our renter noticed it right away as soon as they checked in. Part of Luis's promise to customers is that his crew will report any damage immediately, so that we as owners will know right away which rental party did the actual damage . . (.this is why we take a security deposit ) Unfortunately in this case, because we did NOT receive a damage report, we had already returned the deposit to the renters who did the damage and had no leverage . . . To his credit, Luis did send someone out to fix the hole in the wall, and credited the cleaning fee, but our 2-year old futon remains damaged beyond repair. We have switched to a smaller, local cleaning service who we LOVE, they take pictures of anything out of place/damaged and text them to us right away when they come in on Saturdays (turnover day in the summer) to clean. Hoping Luis has hired a new crew by this time.

CareClean services have been outstanding! We were advised against using a larger company for cleaning services, but chose CareClean for the following reasons: - We live in another state and need to be confident if something goes wrong we will have some reliable to response; - CareClean is licensed, insured and bonded; - CareClean had excellent reviews on Angie's List; - CareClean provides property maintenance services in addition to cleaning services; - After meeting Luis, we were very impressed with his professionalism. One of the most important things for vacation rentals is cleanliness. There is nothing worse when renting a property then to arrive and get grossed out by a dirty place. We are new landlords and were very nervous about managing our property from another state. Luis and his staff have been amazing!! Luis had great tips and assured us that he and his staff would do a great job for us. We just came for our summer vacation after CareClean cleaned from the last tenant and were happily surprised to find everything sparkling. In addition to everything being super clean, we found welcoming nice touches throughout the house like rolled up hand towels in the bathrooms and decorations with tissues in each tissue box. All of our instructions were followed well! It was very reassuring. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed for a weekend and she forgot her expensive pocketbook in a closet. We called Luis and he assured us we had nothing to worry about. When we came the next weekend, the pocket book was there where she left it and everything was intact! We had one incidence of damage and CareClean notified us immediately and went back and took a picture and sent it to us. Luis always responds quickly to texts or phone calls and is very accommodating. It is great piece of mind for us to work with such a responsive, honest company. I would highly recommend CareClean services to anyone!

I used them last week and they are still excellent. They do a great job and I am very happy with them. I definitely recommend them. I think their price is pretty reasonable.

CareClean Cleaning Service is the best cleaning company I have ever encountered. We have had a summer home at the shore for four years and for each of the last three summers, I have tried a different cleaning company but was never happy. I found CareClean on Angie's List and was struck by the consistency of their fantastic reviews. I can tell you now that, those reviews are well-deserved! We don't use our home every day all summer so we have them come every three weeks. I literally can't wait to see the place after it's cleaned. It is SPOTLESS and hairless (we have two dogs) and always smells amazing. Luis texts me the day before our scheduled service date to remind me they are coming which is so thoughtful. They arrive on time and work diligently the entire time they are at the house. I HIGHLY recommend CareClean!!

Called up on a Monday they were there on Tuesday. Since its a shore house in a different state we were not present. We gave them the code to get in. They arrived early in morning and worked on the house for 8 hours. We were pleased with results everything was spotless and smelled great. The final price was higher than I had imagined it would be, but then again it was exactly what was quotes at 75/hr for 3 cleaning women. We were extremely happy and will now use them for Monthly maintenance during the shore season. They honored the 10% off angie's list coupon, no questions asked.

My husband and I just moved into a new house and it needed a really good scrubbing. Two girls came and they worked for 6 hours cleaning floors, windows, doors, trims, bathrooms, dusting ceiling fans....anything I wanted them to do was no problem! The house looked immaculate!

It went very well. They arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my house including kitchen, bathrooms, and dusting.

Three ladies were sent to do a deep cleaning of my house. They arrived right on time and did a fantastic job! They spent four hours cleaning everything top to bottom and left my home spotless. I was very impressed at how they detail cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms as well as the dusting of all surfaces in my home. My 7 year old refrigerator looks brand new again! I would not hesitate to recommend this cleaning company to anyone who needs a professional cleaning job done.

My house is immaculate!!! I asked for a home inspection to get an idea of what a regular cleaning would cost. The initial cleaning was so reasonably priced, I couldn't refuse. Louis got me an appointment for the next day. The ladies came first thing in the morning and spent 3 hours ensuring everything was perfect. I have a dog and two cats and my house was buried in pet hair. After the cleaning, my house sparkles. I appreciate their attention to detail, all look terrific. I'm very happy with their work and confident in recommending them. The team was very professional and worked hard the whole time they were here. I am so grateful for all their efforts; it's nice to feel like I can relax without there being something I've got to do around the house. I can't wait to have them back!

I have had a 3 woman team coming out every other week for about 2 years to clean my 2100 sq ft house. I work at home, and Louis worked things out with me so the 3 women can work around me and my schedule, usually getting in & out in 2 hrs. An old lady use to clean my home for a couple months prior to Careclean, but she retired from cleaning. She was cheaper, but we wound up cleaning after her, which I later realized was not a good deal on our part. Careclean cleans things you didn't even think to clean, every time they do an amazing job. Every interaction I have had with their office has been professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Careclean

We were pleased with the services when we first began to use this vendor, but the quality went steadily downhill. First they sent a crew of four to clean the house, which was counter productive since they wound up waiting to take turns with the vacuum and getting in each others' way. We asked that they send a smaller crew, that at least one of them speak English, and we asked that the crew be the same each visit so they would be familiar with what we wanted done. Instead, each visit brought new workers, communications were very difficult, and they exhibited increasing indifference to our requests. While the company owner accommodated our scheduling requests even when we had to reschedule, he neglected to indicate that it would require a different crew.The final visit the crew left the master bathroom floor covered in water and replaced the rugs right on top of it. They left our vacuum cleaner in pieces for us to reassemble. Language barriers made it nearly impossible to convey what we wanted done and how they were not meeting standards. A call to the owner about these issues was not returned. We will not use this group again.

They did a fantastic job! Very thorough. My hardwood floors sparkled when they were done. Everything looked great and smelled fresh and clean. Very detailed cleaning - they dusted every single one of my lipsticks on the counter! They even took the time to artistically fold the edge of the toilet paper into a "V" like they do in fine hotels!

The two girls sent were excellent. They were very thorough and cleaned and organized non stop for 8 hours without taking a break. I had them come back a second time and I didn't have to tell them what to do, they took it upon themselves to clean the house from my initial instructions to them, and they were always on time. I can't recommend them enough.

The Care Clean crew of three spent about 4 hours deep cleaning the house and did an exceptional job! I don't think the house has ever been this clean . The women were very thorough and left everything spotless. I'll be arranging for them to clean the house on a regular basis.

We had a really bad experience. The first time was a complete 8-hour day that they were there. The first day, the cleaning ladies that were there we had no problem with. We said, "We wanted to start a contact with you guys if I can keep the same cleaning," because I talked to them and I liked the way they cleaned. They were careful with my belongings. They put my things back. The second time, we entered a contract with them for cleaning every 2 weeks based on that. The next time they came, he sent two totally different girls which I wasn't okay with so I sent them away and he tried to charge me for the cleaning anyway even though he hadn't honored what he and I had discussed. I told, "Fine. If that's how you're going to be, I'll pay for that cleaning," and I paid the 250 dollars. They came out back that day and cleaned. They did a really horrible job and destroyed some of my belongings and I told that as of that day, I don't want to see his company in my house again. Two weeks later, I got a phone call from a schoolgirl who barely speaks any English who was apparently sitting outside of my house waiting to clean my house. She can't go anywhere because the battery in her car was dead and she's in tears because she said that if she doesn't clean the house, they have to give the boss the money anyway so I called him and told him that if he didn't stop sending people to my home, I was going to go to the police and that was the last I heard from him.
